The staff tends to be on the younger side when I've come, but they enforce the rules fairly and I have never felt like they were neglectful about their duties (sometimes that's just ringing me up, sometimes it's answering my boys' questions - they've always been good). You must sign a waiver (they do keep them on file for quite a bit of time & can look them up on their register) and you HAVE to use their socks, (we were able to find one pair of "Get Air" socks at home) not any other air establishment in Columbus to the tune of $3.75 per pair of socks! (Just to let you know, this is not strictly enforced. I saw several people with plain socks, other "air/trampoline" establishment socks, and even one of them, jumping in their shoes.) There was plenty of parking; in addition to the paved lot, there is a gravel lot to the side. I was expecting a trampoline center, but it was much more. The trampolines were just a small area in the big warehouse-type building. There were different party rooms and also party tables on the floor. Our was upstairs, along witih the adult seating area for quiet time while your kids are running around. They have massage chairs there too. It was nice for the parents who brought their kids for parties but wanted to let them have their time without hovering. The attendant for our party was very helpful, bringing supplies and checking in periodically. The kids had a great time with the ball pit, zip line, climbing walls, ropes course, and the playground. Parties aren't cheap, but they include pizza and bottled water, as well as the grip socks for the kids. They don't allow outside food, except for the birthday cake. Ice cream and pop have to be purchased.
