Urban Air is the kind of place that makes you forget you're an adult for a minute…read more From the moment we walked in, it felt like controlled chaos in the best possible way. There are go-karts (which were genuinely fun), a zip line that suspends you over the entire park, ball pit dodgeball, arcade games, a skywalk-style ropes course jungle gym, a gladiator foam pit, VR experiences, and just about every high-energy activity you can imagine. It's basically a giant indoor adventure park. My son had an absolute blast. Shoes off, special socks on, running from station to station like he had discovered his personal paradise. We ended up signing up for a membership, which felt worth it since friends get half off when he brings them. That alone made it feel like we'll be back often. For parents, there's a café with pretty decent pizza and massage chairs scattered throughout the park where you can actually sit and pay for a quick massage while your kid burns off all their energy. I appreciated that the bathrooms were relatively clean, especially for a place with this much traffic. I skipped the popcorn because it looked a little dried out, but everything else we tried was solid. My only real critiques: staffing seemed a bit thin. Some of the teens working there appeared more focused on chatting with friends than actively monitoring the stations. And personally, I found it a little dark inside, which made it harder for me to keep eyes on my kid. That might just be my "I'm not 22 anymore" moment talking. Overall though, if you have an energetic kid and want a place where they can truly go all out, Urban Air delivers. It's loud, it's active, it's a little chaotic, and it's a whole lot of fun. Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations: -free jump area -dodgeball court -volleyball court -VR game area -the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over) -battle beam -6-yrs-old-and-under-only area -giant foam pit -American ninja-like gauntlet and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed. Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. Food was good (not fantastic, but good); they worked with us well in setting up party, etc. Recommended.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.

This place is huge. It was a lot of activities to do for all ages if you ask me from toddlers to teens to even high school kids just a day of fun. The staff was pretty much all high school students, which is pretty good because who know kids better than kids sometimes in certain circumstances. We had a party room for about two hours. The food was a no go for me. Absolutely they had pizza not too sure what else was on the menu because after the pizza issue, we weren't no longer interested in seeing what they had to offer at this point we just wanted to play and eat cake that we brought in from an outside. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here. It was very clean a good way to tire the kids out.

A place to exercise and play and for parents to not have to worry.I understand I signed a waiver, for equipment liability and fights from kid to kid. What I did not expect was to have an incident with the staff and my kid!. My kid (who is under the age of 10),came to me crying with a red ear, bright red. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.

They said that because it was past 6:30, they could not do the 90 minute package, and I had to sign up for the monthly membership for each of the kids I had with me! I would have turned around and left except I was there with exchange students who had never been and really wanted to jump. I tried to explain these kids aren't even local, I was just a chaperone, they would never be back. I don't need a membership, etc. Everyone in line was complaining. It's not the employee's fault, and I felt bad she had to defend such an insane policy.
