If I could give fewer stars I would. At first I thought they were wonderful. Scott agreed to fix my hail damage for the amount my insurance paid. I had gotten several quotes exceeding the amount my insurance paid. Scott said he could replace my sunroof and get most of the dents out 100%, with maybe 3-4 dents out 95% - 97% out, if I could live with that. He said it would not affect the functionality of the car in any way. I agreed. I got my car back 10 days after the original pick up date. Every day I called and was told it would be ready the next day. At one point Scott said he replaced the hood because he didn't like the way it turned out. When I went to pick up my car, his receptionist asked if he told me about the payment. He had not. I was told that they only accept cash or a cashiers check. I went to find a bank while his employees went to a carwash to get my car. When I got back to the shop, I notice that the hood didn't look right. There were large gaps on one side, and it looked too small. His employee made adjustments to look a little better. I mentioned that it didn't look like the right hood. He assured me that it was indeed the exact Toyota hood I had. I got in and noticed my cup holder inserts missing. They told me to go to a car wash to pick it up. I later noticed my floor mats missing. When I tried to open the sunroof, it made a loud crack and the glass fell out. The inside roof lights flickered on and off, and I had condensation on the inside of the windshield and windows the next morning. I called Scott and he admitted that it was not the right hood, but what did I expect for the price. He also said I would have to accept that I would have a non working sunroof, because he gave me a discount. I had never had a repair on my wonderful car other than recalled parts. I felt like it was ruined. I told him I had not agreed to substandard work. I asked for an itemized receipt. He refused. Now the electrical system is messed up and my car won't run. He screamed at me when I told him I wanted it fixed. He said my car was a piece of s**t. I found out he never even tried to get more money from my insurance. I sure his "payment plan " was to keep customers from stopping payment UPDATE: after the sunroof fell in, the switch continued to pull from the battery which ruined my battery. It cost me $657.00 to have the sunroof fixed and replace the battery. Toyota said the sunroof was not installed correctly. It had nothing to do with the structural integrity of the roof. The day after I had my car repaired to correct his mistakes , he left me a voicemail saying I had to pay him $3,500 more or he would turn it over to collections. Two days later he attempted to commit insurance fraud by contacting my insurance company saying he needed more money to finish my repairs. He must have been surprised when an adjuster showed up at his shop to see the car. I had picked it up a week earlier. The insurance company called me and asked what was going on. When I explained, they told me not to pay him. They will not give him anything. read more

After calling many repair places I finally picked Auto Hail Pros also calling themselves Altitude Hail and collision. They seemed to be as good as any other so I dropped off my truck and was told it would be 5 to 7 days. Well 8 days later I'm told my truck is ready, I go and it looked like they pulled the big dings but I was very not satisfied I could see they basically did a crappy job. I'm told that there was prior damage, this was my first Hail claim and I bought my truck new, so he pissed me off right there. I showed this guy Scott many of the dings and told them to fix it right, the whole time he's acting like he was doing me a favor telling me I would get $200 back when finished, I just say fix it right. Waiting another few days he said I had a place where rust was starting under the paint in a spot on the roof next to a rail groove - it's a common place for rust to start but I'm told again the previous damage story again so now here we go again with the favor crap and he'd fix it for $300. I tell him to fix and I'd get it in a few more days. It's now 15 days and I get his call and see they fixed most of the damage but I also there was still light dings on the roof. At this point I'm not about to let him keep my truck a minute longer, he lost all my trust and I just planned to let GEICO know not to use this guy which was probably ignored. My truck was not cleaned inside like they say it would be, I had white polish residue all over that only comes off with a polisher. One other thing was that during the estimate at GEICO they team a cloth over most of the truck causing light scratches. This was suppose to be fixed the first week, then I mentioned again upon my inspection at 8 days, and again it wasn't done when I went there on day 15, he saw my anger at this and did send it back for someone to run a polisher but finally if it wasn't done right I still was not letting him keep my truck any longer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, they treat people like they're stupid, ohhh and he will try to bribe you for a good review, that's where the $200 offer came in. If you just do good work from the beginning then a good review doesn't have to be paid for. I was also told by a competitor of his of someone I recently met at a party that he doesn't pay his workers. A couple went to his and other like businesses looking for work after being shafted, that explains the poor work. read more
