What an amazing talented polite personable empathetic person Diane is. She made it a top notch priority to consult me after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had an upcoming massive surgery scheduled within a few weeks. I was initially told I would have to undergo chemo so I wanted to be ready. Diane did not rush or push the product.. she was very relaxed, provided me with education about wigs. Diane then selected a 'topper' and it was love at first sight. Due to other health issues my hair thinned on top over the years and I have done everything medically to treat or restore the thinness. I decided to buy the topper regardless of chemo to make me feel whole again. The topper was so convincing my family, closet friends, and others thought I did something new to my hair and told me how fabulous I looked. The clips to the topper were perfect as the wind swept through my hair.. It looked so natural and did NOT budge.. comfortable as if it was not there, and highly breathable. Hand tied human hair of top notch quality and the color was a perfect match. Even when I thought I would have to undergo chemo I contacted Diane and she told me if I needed any help or to have the clips adjusted she would do this for me and she would do anything to fit me in.. Like I said I ended up only needing radiation. But I also gained a sense of who I was prior to hair thinning. I looked beautiful and when I choose to wear the topper people are still 'wowing' over my new look (which is not far off from my reg. style) even the part on the side of the hair which was custom made and the cut was perfect.. Diane did this with her masterful hands.. so meticulous. Great human hair wigs cost money.. but hey going to Diane is so well worth it. Diane is a Saint. I was diagnosed with breast cancer & prior to treatment I went to a wig shop in NYC. I felt pressured to purchase a $4K+ wig and left in tears. Luckily I then found Diane. WOW - WHAT A GREAT DISCOVERY I have had a wig for two years that got in bad shape so was looking for a specialist to rejuvenate it. After having breast cancer surgery, I now face chemotherapy...and the loss of my hair. After settling a potential law suit to avoid Court.. I am only able to report facts. The wig I bought was described as "hand tied". According to Joseph Parish, the predominant hair replacement I con, the wig was only partially hand tied. It cost $900 for a synthetic lace front wig reported to come from Germany. Most German wigs come via Korea, I have learned. I was only able to find wigs of this quality or better for under $300. I saw this after I already had the wig. We agreed to a cash payment of $720. The wig has an abundance of synthetic hair , and I never wore it after bringing it home. I felt obligated to pay for it since Diane cut it. I brought it to Joseph Parish and he said "the apex" is incorrect and he changed it, cut a bit from the top and suggested that Diane remove some of the hair.He suggested I use it as a "hat" to keep warm in the Winter. First of all, the whole staff is amazing and genuinely so caring!!! I left a desperate message on their voicemail after hours about my mom who's hair was falling out rapidly from chemo and asked if they could help me. Daria called me while having dinner and gathered my mom's information and I sent a pic. I had a consultation with Diane the next day. She had wigs picked out for mom that could be shipped overnight. Her assistant Natalie, who is so warm, assisted with putting my mom's wig on. The 1st wig Diane picked for mom was perfect. The quality and style of the wig was gorgeous. Diane shipped it overnight and we came in the next day to get it styled. She fit my mom into her busy schedule. She is not only talented but extremely compassionate She made my mom feel beautiful again but most importantly my mom saw herself when she looked into the mirror and not a woman with cancer.
