My daughter wanted to continue going to Ann for her hair cuts so eventually, the rest of us started visiting Ann for hair cuts. When Ann opened Bella Hair Design she notified us that she would be moving to her new location. She gave me all of her contact details as well as a choice whether we wanted to continue to have her as our hairstylist. We have been customers of Bella Hair Design ever since. She has cut and colored my hair as well as my daughter's and continues to cut my son's hair. Over the years, she has become a part of our family, styling our hair for proms and weddings. We are not a high maintenance family. I don't bring in color swatches for her to match my hair color, I trust her making my hair look as close to my original hair color as possible. I don't micro manage Ann, she asks me questions about what I am looking for and my hair always comes out the way I want it to. If she feels something won't look right with my face shape, she will tell me the pros and cons of my choice. Not every hairstyle goes with every face shape and I trust her to give me guidance. All of the stylists in the salon are pleasant and always say hello when they see you. There have also been times when I had to change my appointment and Patty has cut my hair.
