Physical Therapy came once and I scheduled a second visit. Megan passed me on to someone else and she had to schedule a different day, that was fine. Day of appointment arrived and she needed to recschedule again for a few hours later. That was fine. Then time of appt came and she needed more time. I had another appointment so that time would not work for me. I asked to reschedule the following day and she never got back to me. Ivy said she was told I cancelled PT. Over a week later Megan text me and asked if she could come to my house an discharge me. I was at a dr appointment and would not have been home til late afternoon. She sent me a text saying I will do the discharge without seeing you. I was irritated and would just look for out patient PT. THEN I received an email that my visit summary was available online. I read the summary notes in shock. She said I agreed to discharge (did not) that I could walk for 10 minutes, stand for 20, past the chair test of getting up and down 11 times, that I was completely independent and did not need further assistance. None of this is true. Things like this really effect future care. Now I am fighting to have this erroneous report removed from my medical records. Would not reccommend this service unless you have no other options. Just stay on top of their reporting as it is very false.

They took wonderful care of her from April until she passed away. From giving her meds during the day to checking on her at night, they were patient and well trained. My whole family thanks Kelly, both Katies, Star, Teegan, Hailey, Morgan, and Ed for their love for my mom. I highly recommend Quail Crest, Clover Cottage.

I did a crazy number of tours, of all the different memory care facilities in Eugene. And I have to…read moresay, Quail Crest is up near the very top. Elder Health and Living, Chateau Gardens, and Waterford Grand, are the other top places. But Quail Crest is the place I picked. One thing you want to check, is if the facility has medicare rollover. Which means once the resident runs out of money, will the facility allow the resident to remain? Quail Crest does allow this. Waterford Grand does not. Quail Crest has these individual "houses" where the residents live. And they have a shared "backyard", that all the residents from the different houses can all access. It has a BBQ, easy to walk paths, beautiful gardens, and many plants. And in this shared yard, they can interact with residents from different cottages. The facility very clean, but it doesn't feel like a hospital. They have a lot of activities, and things for the residents to do. We had a few minor bumps in the first few months, but that was during 2020, and they had a lot of staff turnover. But since then, they seem to have have gotten things sorted out. Many of the staff who was working there, were willing to give out their cel phone numbers, so you could call or text, and get updates on how things were going. It is a very expensive facility, so that would be one of the downsides. But when talking about caring for a loved-one, you want the best for them.

I am so sad that At Ease Home Care has gone down hill from when I first met them 18 years ago! 18 years ago, I was the 43rd customer! They used to be kind, caring, understanding and helpful! I was injured one year ago by a caregiver, working for at ease home care! She tripped me while I was walking. I told them she had been smoking pot/marijuana. I have witnesses to the event of injury! I have serious neck injury and received MRIs, CAT scans, and physical therapy for the last year! When I informed the office that I was injured and I needed help and to be fed, the office staff lady said I needed to learn to use your hands. I stated my name, and my disability, I have no use of my hands or legs, I could not feed myself. She was extremely rude and said I needed to learn. After I was getting perturbed, the lady finally looked up my name and said oh, I guess we do have to help you! There was no apology, no feedback no checking to see how I was doing... Instead, I was told we will no longer be assisting you! I have pain 24 /7! Thanks At Ease Home Care! :( I would never recommend this company with their rudeness and uncaring and bad business practice .
