I've used this establishment many times over the last 10 years however, my daughter's experience with her prom dress prompted me to write this review warning others. She brought her dress in asking for an extra layer of nude fabric under the nude mesh to meet school dress code. When she returned as directed two weeks later, they had placed red fabric UNDER the nude mesh. She reiterated her original request and was accused of being a liar. Both of my daughter's were present during the original conversation and my second daughter echoed the request. The owner's daughter that works the desk argued and after charging $50 for the alternations, told her that they would only correct it with an additional $50 and an extra two weeks to correct it. BEWARE! The request was either lost in translation or ignored but none the less, it was not honored. I will not be visiting this unethical business again nor will I tolerate my child being called a liar. My best advice is to write your instructions down and have them sign it unless you want to pad their pockets. read more
