I brought the dress to sterling cleaners to see if they could work some magic and get the blue dye stains out- I really didn't think it was possible. I also needed to pick up the dress the next day in time for my trip. They were soo nice and helpful! The man took it and did a quick spot check to see if they could get it out & was successful, so I left it along with another dress to be cleaned. There were several of these blue spots all over the dress... & They were able to get them ALL out and have it ready in time for my vacation! I was purchasing my dress online, and didn't know if I was measuring myself correctly. She did not charge me for the measurements and if it wasn't for her, I would have bought the wrong size dress. I actually doubted her because I thought the size she told me to get was way bigger than what I thought I was. But, boy, was I wrong. She saved me from making the worse mistake, because the return policy could be tricky. I was so pleased with her service, once again, I will definitely use her for all of my alterations. We were charged $140 for THIS and and then the one patch on the extra vest. Only 7 were patched, all small and the autism ribbon is crooked. Cat hair is all over the vests as well. Extremely disappointed, overcharged and crooked work. Do not recommend, take your business elsewhere.

I've had pants hemmed many times by the inseam measurement and have never had a problem. She insisted that I try on each pair while she pinned them up. I knew they were not going to be correct and I should have left and took them somewhere else. It took them a week which I felt was too long. It usually takes a couple of days at other places. Three out of the four pair are TOO SHORT and she charged me $56. Over $200 worth of jeans are now ruined. I would not recommend this place since they can't even do a simple job of hemming a pair of jeans. There are more affordable options available where you can get better customer service, quality work, and a faster turnaround.

When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.
