I went back and forth about reviewing but decided I should talk about it. I brought a dress in to…read morebe altered 3 weeks in advance to make sure she had enough time to alter. She told me I'd have to pick it up next Friday since she doesnt have a lot of place to store clothes. I ended up taking that Friday off so I wouldn't be in town to pick up the dress that day. I called asking if I could pick it up Thursday instead, that way it's not crowding her. She said that would be fine. When I went to pick it up Thursday she said she finished it Wednesday and wanted more money for the rush job. I just paid because I felt maybe she was in a tight spot and it's fine, it's just money. When I got home and tried the dress on it didn't even fit. The bust was huge and the dress was falling off of me still. I ended up having to pin and tape it anyways. I'll make it work but it definitely wasn't a good experience. It's fine if you can't finish clothes early, but don't push yourself and to do a rush job and miss alterations. I would have been fine waiting if she had just told me she was overwhelmed.
