Someone comes and gets the clothes from her and does it off site so she does not know if her can do the task I'm asking‍. White me get undressed knowing you cannot perform what I need. Meanwhile a customer pulls up in the drive- up and she is running like a chicken with head cut off. I suggested to her when someone walks through the door, find out what they need so they do not waste time while you service other people.

When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.

From the moment I walked in, they were wonderful! So nice and helpful!! They sized me and told me it would be a very quick turn around; they were actually quicker than my schedule! When I was able to come pick up the dress, IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE!! This thing went from 4 sizes too big, to perfect! They also added cups in so i didn't have to bother with a bra. I couldn't have had a custom made dress that fit any better! They were so wonderful that even my TEENAGER talked about how nice they were for days afterwards! This past week I brought in a bridesmaids dress for her to take up the same length all the way around. I specifically said I wanted it to be the same length WHOLE WAY AROUND. I received the dress, it still had the train... as well as the front was butchered. It was slanted upward and not floor length. And majority of the dress was untouched. I originally paid $56 dollars for the dress. The "alteration" for the half ass job was $100. I told her that it cost more than my dress. She said "sometimes it's like that." I'm sorry, what!? So the repair to her shotty work get the full bottom done is $75... she is gouging people. I had recommended her to many people and today when I picked up my dress my friends were supposed to go to her, I immediately called and told them don't bother. I suggest the same for you! Find someone else.
