When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.

Fay's is a really nice place but there is a language barrier. I am sure she is good for regular clothes. The alterations that were made were not what I wanted and was also told she couldn't take in the sides due to the beading. Well, TK Bridal can do it all! They are going to be able to redesign the top all together. After I posted this review, the owner sent me a message asking me to delete the post and she would give a full refund now if i would remove it.. She originally gave me a 25% discount (to which she advertises for first time customers) BEWARE this is not true. She says it goes towards your next alteration. But because i was upset she went ahead and applied the discount. I WAS PISSED ABOUT THE DRESS NOT HAPPY. She even argued with me and I had to remind her that I'm the customer.
