It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the people here are amazing seamstresses. I have done seaming and costume work for many years, but hemming chiffon and polyester sheer dress fabrics is a horrible task. Lana was super efficient and also very kind and fun to talk to. I only asked for the hem but she made sure it fit in the bust too and she said it looked perfect on the top. She marked the hem and told me it would be within the week, gave me a tag with the ready date. I came back and she gave me the dress, it looked amazing. It's still hideous in color and style, but the alterations are perfect. I will be returning for alterations to my wedding dress!

When I walked in with the dress there was a single modest fitting room. After I got changed into the dress Binh had me step up into the pedestal and he asked me how short I'd like it. He folded back the garment where I mentioned it. He had no problem adjusting higher or lower to how I wanted the length. After agreeing on the length he simply chalked at the length to cut. He told me to come back in three weeks. Then he showed me a calendar and asked which day I'd like to pick up the dress. I told him and he marked it down. I came back on the agreed date and the dress was ready for pick up. It fit perfectly and didn't look awkward at all. A great tailoring job! The best part was how quick and easy the entire process was. I was in and out in 10 minutes for the initial try on. Then it was a quick pickup and payment for the dress. I also took it back to show the lady...all of a sudden she couldn't understand me, gas lighted me accusing me of bringing in a different dress (not the original) and told me she didn't do this work! She is awful! Workmanship is unacceptable and I had to have it re-hemmed elsewhere. AVOID Binh's tailoring! Please don't make the same mistake I made. I'm now hearing more and more people who have had similar experiences with Binh's. How they are still in business I have no idea. And her cash only policy is not forthcoming or honest.
