My needs were well received and they were very friendly as they catered to all my odd adjustments and trying the garment on and off so they could get the fit exactly right. Even though they were tearing at the seams with business, they offered to have it ready by Thursday! With taking in a lot lengths, a few alteration work, fixing straps, and seams, my grand total came to be about only $40. AND they have great hours! Open until 8pm during the week days! No one has hours as convenient as this. They are also open on Saturdays. Great prices, awesome location close to home for me (they are in the same strip mall as Maharaja Restaurant and located next to Ceicil's)!

I had a very disappointing experience at Express Alterations. The owner was extremely rude and…read moreunprofessional throughout the interaction. What bothered me most was the inconsistency in how customers were treated. I was told that I had to pay the full amount upfront before any work would be done, but while I was there, another customer was told she could pay when she picked up her clothes. The pricing also seemed arbitrary, and I was given the impression that prices were being made up as they went along rather than following a clear, consistent policy. Being treated differently from other customers and spoken to disrespectfully left a very bad impression. Customer service should be fair and consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would not recommend this business.

She was always so sweet, personable, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. My dress ended up fitting perfectly, and Anna gave me such great recommendations throughout the process. I especially appreciated her advice about removing some of the extra fabric from the train and how to bustle the dress. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to bustling, so having her expertise was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond by even making a video for my wedding party showing them exactly how to bustle my dress. She also helped get me into my dress on the wedding day, which was such a huge help and made getting ready that much easier.
