Called shortly after 9am on Wednesday explaining I needed a dress altered for a wedding on Saturday. The website I ordered the dress from came larger than their sizing chart listed. Leanne was able to get me in for an 1130 fitting that same day and had the dress done by 430 that afternoon! Price was fair considering her quickness and she did exactly what I was looking for! read more

Leeann was wonderful to work with! I had her alter my wedding dress. She was totally amazing! The dress fit like a dream when she was done. She was very fast and super affordable. The bustle she put on my dress was incredibly easy for my MOH to tie up which was a huge help. I couldn't ask for better service. It was totally stress-free for me as well (all the better when you are a busy bride!). My MOH and bridesmaid both had their dresses altered by Leanne as well and both came out wonderfully! I will definitely be using her in any future alterations and I have referred her out to many of my friends in need of alterations. I cannot thank her enough! read more

Leanne is incredible! Not only did she hem my multi-layer wedding dress with a long train, but she also did my bridesmaids dresses. I had one screw up after screw up just trying to get my hands on my brides maids dresses. Finally when they arrived, 10 days before my wedding they didn't fit my girls! Leanne got them in so fast. She does exceptionally well work, she's reasonably priced, sweet as can be. I will never trust another seamstress! read more

Leanne did such a great job altering my wedding dress. It was a difficult dress due to all of the lace and the dress needed to be brought in quite a bit. However, she took on the challenge and it turned out perfect. My dress felt like it was made for me after she completed all of the alterations. Her prices are very reasonable and she was great to work with. Thank you Leanne! read more

Leanne did a stupendous job on the two dresses I needed alterations on. Our wedding was the weekend before Halloween and she was already quite busy due to all the homecoming dress alterations she had but she was still able to take on my requests. Her skill is definitely worth it. She was able to hem the front of my bridal gown a bit and also add a bustle so the train could be up for the reception. She also fitted my bridesmaid's dress to her perfectly. If you want quality work from a very nice and inviting professional, I highly recommend Leanne! read more

I only have good things to say about Leanne. She is so nice and down to earth, and an excellent seamstress. Leanne did a beautiful job altering my wedding dress, which was not an easy project. My dress was completely laced with an intricate design, and I needed it taken up several inches. She was able to get it to fit just right without appearing that it had been altered at all. She is very busy, which I believe is a testament to her great work. I highly recommend her! read more

Leanne did an excellent job altering my wedding dress. I had her add straps and she put them in the best possible position. They looked great and felt very comfortable during the wedding day. She definitely knows what she's doing. She was quite brusque and rushed when dealing with us during the fitting appointment, but the outcome couldn't have been better so that's easily overlooked. read more

She has skill! A little out of the way since its out of her home, but its worth the price.

Sometimes even men need alterations. I've always had trouble with blue jeans fitting me right, they were either to long or too loose, too tight but I recently discovered Leanne and my days of troubled jeans are over!!! Leanne did GREAT!! My jeans now fit just like I need and want! I definitely will be holding on to her business card for future alteration needs. Thank you VERY much!! read more

Really wanted to have a good experience. Took in three identical pairs of brand new slacks to have the length altered. She measured each and every one while I was wearing them. So far so good. When I got them back, one pair was one inch shorter than the other two. When I took them back she told me some story about how it could not have been her alteration because the thread was a different color than she uses and the pants never needed to be altered in the first place, they were the proper length. What? You measured and marked them?? They were identical slacks same brand and style. I have really liked the ladies at Lorraine's in the mall. They are real professionals. read more

I took my wedding dress to her. The boutique sold me a dress that would never fit me because of my wide rib cage and Leanne was able to fix it in such a beautiful way. My 6 layer wedding dress that was time consuming to hem and bustle didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Very reasonably priced. My dress is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it. read more

Leanne was amazing! She got my dress done in 24 hours, cinched my waist and bust perfectly for only $20! All the while she is extremely busy with prom, weddings, graduation and the military ball. 5/5. read more

Less than two weeks prior to my sister's wedding, I received my bridesmaid's dress. To my horror, it fit nowhere, even though the ladies at the swanky boutique in Portland where I purchased the dress assured me that there measurements they took were precise and that I would likely need to do very little adjusting. I was in panic mode when I visited Leanne convinced that I would be remembered in scores of wedding photos as the one with the "yuck" dress. Leann immediately put me at ease. She slipped me into my dress, pulled a little here, tightened a little there and was able to show me a totally different looking dress in the mirror. Her turn around on altering my dress was incredible. She had the it completed the next day and I was able to do a final fitting the day after. It fit me perfectly! My sister's wedding is on Saturday and I can't wait to show off my perfect dress. Leann was professional, friendly and sweet. I plan on returning for any future alterations and recommending her to brides that visit the catering business where I work :) read more

Leanne is such a sweet woman and did an amazing job hemming my dress. She did this in a timely manner and it was at a extremely great price! I have a friend who was getting the same work done elsewhere and they charged her $130, not with Leanne! She has great prices and gets it done fast. I will definitely be returning to her and I recommend for anyone to go try her out! My dress came out perfect! read more

Just know that if you have a designer gown she will not do it. She does not feel comfortable about doing challenging dresses with bead or lace. She will not add a new corset if you want one. And this was just from a phone call she wouldn't even take the time to look at the dress. She was very rude on the phone. read more

Called Leanne on Monday morning for a dress I needed to wear on Thursday. She had me drop it off Monday morning and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday afternoon! She measured me in the dress for literally about 5 seconds, and it now fits perfectly! She really knows her stuff. Not to mention that the final price was cheaper than her original quoted price, total bonus! She is now cash/check only rather than credit card. I will definitely be going back to her for alterations and highly recommend her to anyone for simple or complex jobs. read more

Leanne is wonderful! She has altered a bridesmaid dress and a cocktail dress for me. The cocktail dress was a difficult with fussy fabric and construction altogether not alteration friendly. She did an amazing job; the dress fits like a glove! I have started bringing my husband's clothes to her since he does not tend to fit in anything off the rack. Prices and return time are very reasonable! Thanks Leanne for your beautiful work! read more

I can't think of enough great things I can say about Leanne. I purchased a wedding gown from an out if state company which in turn ordered me the wrong dress size (way to big) and it showed up 3 weeks prior to my wedding. I took the dress to Leanne who not only worked a miracle with such an intricate dress and made it fit perfect and look flawless, but she did it with plenty of time to spare prior to my big day. She truly worked a miracle and had me come in for two fittings just to make sure my dress was 100% perfect in every way. I can't thank her enough and would recommend her business and services a million times over to anybody. read more

Leanne is personable, fast, professional and amazing at what she does!

Leanne is wonderful and did an awesome job altering my wedding dress. I chose her because she had the best online ratings of anyone in the South Sound area, and I'm very glad I did. She was very understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment due to a work conflict and was extremely nice and helpful at my appointments. She made me feel comfortable with a process that easily could've been stressful. She hemmed by bridal gown, added a bustle, and added removable straps. The dress looks fabulous and I'm super excited to wear it. Best of all -- her prices are fantastic. Far more affordable than Davids Bridal. read more
