Pepperoni, sausage, and bacon pizza
Jeff L.

We wanted pizza and wanted to get it from somewhere we haven't had before. Searched Yelp and found this place. The pizza is really good. Better than most of the places around this area. The buffalo wings are delicious. The breadsticks are good. It is served with a spicy cheese sauce. The place is small and it was busy. Not much room to walk around. They all seemed to know each other. Of course I talked to them all. Everyone was very friendly. The other patrons even told me to enjoy my pizza when I was leaving. I would definitely go here again (even tho they forgot my ranch)!!!!

I order from Als all the time at the AIC. They are the best and their food is fantastic. The customer service is second to none.

Ordered only pizza: deep dish chicken and spinach. Worth the wait: perfect!!! Yummy crust, good sauce and excellent consistency, the taste and seasoning was soooooooo good!!! Cheesy too! Shout out to the beautiful and friendly Lailey, one of the servers who was personable and sweet!

We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

Wow. Ten Hands is…read morelocated inside the Westin so you may not see it from the street. Walk inside the Westin and immediately turn to the right and walk towards the Ten Hands as we did today. Ryton was amazing. Her big bright smile was just what we four needed this morning as none of us slept well in the hotel. We did make a reservation but this morning was not necessary as there were plenty of tables. Let's start with the coffee - FANTASTIC. The coffee was on point. God bless. The menu is short but stacked. You can create your own omelette or order two eggs any style or be like my boss and order the Butter Pecan French Toast. My other boss ordered the Farmhouse croissant. Every dish was very eye appealing and believe it or not- there were ZERO COMPLAINTS. As I remarked to Ryton, having delicious coffee, great food, and zero compliants is a miracle and how we were blessed today. If you are in the area, don't overlook the Ten Hands and if you see Ryton and her beautiful smile, make sure to say hello!

Honestly, the food was delish. The Brussels sprouts were AMAZING! Smoked wings were good too. We absolutely loved the pizza. The truffle fries were okay. They were out of the garlic aioli that comes with the fries, and I think that would have given them the kick they were missing. The ambiance is cool with the fire pit right at the entrance. Many TVs at the bar, so it's a great spot to catch a game. I also liked the layout of the room - particularly the booths, in relation to where the TVs are. Honestly much better food and ambiance than at one of the other nearby hotel restaurants we tried.

The space itself is bright, industrial, and relaxed, with large garage doors that let plenty of light in and communal tables that make it easy to settle in. Our pizza came out surprisingly fast, especially considering everything is made fresh. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, and red onion, and they absolutely loaded it with toppings. Crispy, blistered crust, gooey cheese, and enough pepperoni to make me stop counting after about bite three. It was honestly love at first bite. One tip: don't skip the restroom before you leave. I won't spoil it, but whoever decorated those walls and that door clearly had some fun. King Dough nails that balance between casual neighborhood pizza joint and destination-worthy meal. I'd happily come back...and next time, I might have to branch out from my beloved pepperoni.
