I called a week in advance of the day I needed a order. I did not realize how busy this place gets…read more It was the first time I've ever called to order into it. The lady told me they weren't sure if they would be able to fulfill my order by the date, I needed it, due to the overload of orders they had already. She said that they would try to squeeze me in and call me if they thought they would be able to fulfill it. I told the lady if not that's OK. I understand. I didn't think about all the graduation parties and stuff happening around the same time, people may be ordering meat for. I was ordering it for my dad's celebration of life. To my surprise, I received a call telling me that they were going to squeeze me in and fill my order. This is the only second time I have been to this place. If I could give them more than a five stars, I would give them 10. I highly recommend this place. The service has always been great and the people are very friendly. I know I will be using their service again. I'll probably even stop by my meat at the grocery store and just call there and order what I want for now on. Thank you, Lacey for the great service you gave me.

If you are looking for a hometown type butcher shop or grocery store then TCs is the place…read more Talk about the neighbor hood corner store. Here it is. It has been here as long as I can remember. Want to know some of the local gossip. How such n such is doing. Come here. When ever I am out visiting my mom and step-dad out at the family farm, I my stop in to get a few things, especially the prize winning locally grown and slaughtered meats. Talk about quality and fresh. I think it is the best meat in Ohio, for you carnivores out there. They also have fresh Amish style baked goods, and produce. This market has thrived through good times and hard times. Even with a Kroger super store that opened outside of Heath, or the local Walmart. They can not compare to TCs. So if you are out in Southeast Ohio, stop by this little grocery store and check it out for yourself, you will be pleasantly surprised.

My friend is a vegetarian and although they boast their fresh in-house butcher, there was plenty of choices on the menu for her. We started off with the deviled eggs and they were delicious. I chose the pesto sausage pizza as my main and although there were bits of burrata topping the pizza, I had hoped for more cheese. It's a food truck not far from a freeway exit so really no ambiance, but convenient. The 1-2 persons in the food cart were efficient and nice. We received a can of soda for each of the plates we ordered. The chicken was shredded and had a mild curry seasoning. The lamb was tasty gyro meat, cubed rather than slices. The falafels were crunchy yet moist. The white sauce and the spicy sauce added flavor and moisture to the dishes. The rice was flavorful even w/o sauce. Each plate also came with a smattering of veggies and a few pieces of tasty pita bread. Bottom line, even though the menu is limited (about 12 items), you can't go wrong ordering any item.
