From the start, she was pushy and dismissive, immediately demanding that I fill out a rental tuxedo form for the wedding party without taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying. I explained multiple times that I was only there to get my fiancé measured for sizing purposes, and that I wasn't planning to rent from this location (we wanted to BUY) since I doubted they carried the color or fit we needed. Despite this, Iris insisted over and over that "this is our process" and refused to proceed unless I filled out the form--something I knew wasn't necessary. When I pointed out the exact suit I wanted my fiancé to try on just for size, she outright refused to let him try it and continued to push the paperwork. Her attitude only got worse--eye-rolling, scoffing, and blatantly ignoring what I was asking for. It was clear she had no interest in actually helping us and seemed more focused on forcing her way through a rigid process than offering customer service. She then abruptly walked away and handed us off to another associate. That associate was Jordan--thankfully. He was everything Iris was not: professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen. He immediately helped my fiancé into a suit, took accurate measurements, and confirmed that they didn't carry the color we needed. He didn't make us fill out a pointless form and instead offered helpful suggestions on where to find what we were looking for. He turned the entire experience around and deserves full credit for that. In the end, just as I originally said, we didn't need to fill out the form because they didn't offer what we were looking for. Iris wasted our time, made the experience stressful, and treated us with complete disregard. She lacks basic listening skills, interrupts constantly, and approaches customer interaction with an inflexible, almost combative attitude. If she's going to work in a customer-facing role, she needs serious training in professionalism and communication. Jordan saved this from being a 1-star review. His excellent service was the only redeeming part of our visit. I highly recommend working with him--just hope you don't get stuck with Iris first.

I had an event for which I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. My person to pick up the suit fell through and I didn't end up with my suit for the event when I went to get ready. Panicked, I reached out to every means of getting ahold of them possible, begging for the chance to grab it despite them being closed. They came through! The owner not only communicated with me on a day that the business was closed, when she found out what I needed, she drove all the way in and opened the store just for me, and allowed me to get my suit. The biggest reason that this all should really be something that tugs at the heart strings to read: it was a Santa suit. The one that I wear when I go and professionally portrait, Santa this time of year for kiddos. What she did for me insured that I would not have to cancel over a simple mistake and disappoint all those kids. I cannot thank them enough, and if it wasn't for the fact that I already was such a big fan of their business, I would say they have a customer for life. This woman told me that she had to do all the blankets, clothes, etc. before my pillows, although I can't imagine why because it shouldn't matter. Neither woman was very kind, they were both pretty rude. I have two problems with this place. Number one, the lady at the desk has absolutely no idea what she's doing. She didn't have me sign a release on Wednesday when I brought my pillows in, and she never asked for my phone number or anything else in case I had any problems. Secondly, if they didn't know when they could get them done, they should have said so and I would have taken them elsewhere. I won't take anything to this place for dry cleaning again, and I don't recommend anyone else does either.
