I am a new C-Pap user and Choice Medical Supply has been great!! When my equipment was ready, they called and went over all the equipment and we also discussed my healthcare plan and what was my responsibility. The first mask I sent fit perfect! I did need my machine adjusted and Sid called me back within 5 minutes and made the adjustments. Also asked me some questions based on the readings he saw and made a few more adjustments to my machine. I like that they can keep track of my process and let me know when adjustments need to be made. Everyone so far has been nice and helpful. Aftering using the machine for a week, my life has changed!! My husband had a sleep study recently and was referred here by his Dr. to get set up with a CPAP machine. Jana handled the Medicare billing and was very friendly and efficient. Nicki was the respiratory therapist that explained how to use the Resmed machine and the mask, reviewing how to clean it, wear it, and when to expect replacements. It's set up as a 9 month rent to own. Most warranties are 2 years and any repairs are sent out to the manufacturer. There's a 30 day trial period for the mask, so if one of 3 styles doesn't work for you, you're able to exchange it for another. They also sell the SoClean machine for $379, as well as cpap pillows, cleaning supplies, etc. If you aren't "compliant " about using the cpap at least 4 hours out of 24 hours for a while, then the insurance won't pay for it. read more

Since there ain't no "zeros"...I give them a "1". My wife needed foot surgery. Our insurance covered the "boot"...there was an $8 co-pay on the crutches...but did not cover the knee scooter. Rental of the scooter was $100 a month. My wife told me about it so I looked on-line for one. After seeing those scooters are fairly costly, I said, "Go ahead and rent it for a month." Figuring if we needed it another month...we could extend the rental time. As I was looking on-line, I then found one for purchase. I called my wife to tell her I'd ordered her a scooter in a "Hot Pink" and we can sell it when she's good and ready. Well, she had the rental scooter in the car and called Choice Medical to return their scooter. Roughly 15 minutes had elapsed...and my wife was told that she could return the rental but would still be charged the $100...saying it was a "flat rate" and that their hands were tied. We had a surgery to tend with so...this incident was put on the back-burner for now. Her pink scooter arrived the day after surgery...so the rental was needed for that one day. I decided to try and return it and was told the same thing...no refund...no pro-rating...nothing could be done. Their hands were tied. Okay...so, I asked what day, hour, and minute that it was due back... because that's when they're gonna get it back. Once my wife has healed from her surgery...we will see if we can sell her Pink one to another medical supply or someone getting the same surgery so that maybe other folks can have more of a choice.
