The first mask I sent fit perfect! I did need my machine adjusted and Sid called me back within 5 minutes and made the adjustments. Also asked me some questions based on the readings he saw and made a few more adjustments to my machine. I like that they can keep track of my process and let me know when adjustments need to be made. Everyone so far has been nice and helpful. Aftering using the machine for a week, my life has changed!! I have more energy, vision is better and I am not falling asleep everytime I sit down. Cannot believe I waited so long to be tested!!

Nicki was the respiratory therapist that explained how to use the Resmed machine and the mask, reviewing how to clean it, wear it, and when to expect replacements. It's set up as a 9 month rent to own. Most warranties are 2 years and any repairs are sent out to the manufacturer. There's a 30 day trial period for the mask, so if one of 3 styles doesn't work for you, you're able to exchange it for another. They also sell the SoClean machine for $379, as well as cpap pillows, cleaning supplies, etc. If you aren't "compliant " about using the cpap at least 4 hours out of 24 hours for a while, then the insurance won't pay for it.

This store sells hard candy made by Claey Candies. They sell several different flavors including…read morecinnamon, lemon, root beer, green apple, etc. For the last two and a half weeks they have been out of the cinnamon and lemon. They have row after row of the other flavors -- it looks like the other flavors haven't been selling but they, for some reason, haven't been ordering the cinnamon or lemon which appear to be the most popular flavors. It seems like common sense and good business practices are out the window when it comes to ordering the items that are the biggest sellers. I can get anything that the store sells online and that includes the aforementioned candy. I guess that's what I will have to do. Too bad, since my wife and I have shopped here for years. Management doesn't seem to care so I don't.
