Fox Valley Glass & Mirror installed a customer shower surround for us in our bathroom. They did…read moredecent work. Sometime communication and followup were not exactly smooth. The glass that was install had an odd bow to the glass that actually had a gap on the upper edge of the door panel. It was replaced and still to this day isn't a 100% right even with the replaced panel. We were told it was from the treating process. We had another issue in which the glass was not silicone sealed very well round 1 and water leaked into our lower level ceiling. The came out and sealed the edge that touch's the shower base and resolved the issue. The glass has held up well despite the issue. We did get the special coating and the glass Has stayed clean and mineral and soap scum free at 2 years. They were decent to work but the quality isn't exactly up to par for me. The pricing was competitive.
