I visited their Santee location initially. Their office was really nice, inviting and had awesome music playing! Dr. Jonathan Marshall consulted w me and explained his method of adjustment. I was in pretty dire need. I had issues w an adjustment a a completely different chiropractic office and had slept in pain for about 3 weeks. After just one visit w Dr. Marshall my neck issue was completely resolved. No more headache. No issues sleeping because I was no longer in pain! Amazing! I've since visited their other location on Alvarado rd several times and could not be more satisfied. They are an extremely professional office w friendly staff. Excellent patient care service from the front office staff at both locations I've visited. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a true, caring and professional chiropractic experience. He adjusted one of our kids after they were born and took him from a low APGAR score to a perfect APGAR score. I herniated a disc and he helped me from barely walking to not even thinking about my injury. Now that we have moved states, we still come see Dr Amonette when we visit, because he is that GIFTED at what he does. We literally spend vacation time on seeing him! I called Dr Kelly's office to set up an appointment and gave him my insurance information and right…read moreaway the lady at the desk was very rude and I'm professional stated that there is a copay and I would have to pay some money up front but I knew my coverage was full coverage no copays or deductibles she said that's what it said when I gave her my insurance ID number confused I then called my insurance provider and they said no there's absolutely no copay or coinsurance I then called 2 days later to confirm appointment and to then see if she had found out that I do not have co-pays she done said she would look into it and call me back I again call my provider to make sure I was getting the absolute correct information which was again no copay no coinsurance after the office called me back she was rude and told me that this is what she found on the internet she didn't even bother to speak with my provider and that if I didn't like it to find a different chiropractor and she basically hung up on me I will tell everybody I know at every organization about the rudeness and unprofessionalness of this chiropractic office

Her manipulation techniques that she uses to relax the body before she does Her treatments is just amazing. Upon first meeting her, I was experiencing tendinitis in my right elbow that was very debilitating to the point where I was experiencing daily pain and an inability to lift/work out in any capacity for upper body. When I mentioned this too her, she showed me a technique that she used in order to release my elbow that immediately relieved the pain and made the tendonitis go away completely. After seeing him I left feeling worse than I did when I first went in. Since it was my first time, I gave it a week. I could hardly turn my neck. On my second visit a week later I asked why this was the case and the answer was "I don't know". The arrogant and bothered attitude was extremely off putting. When I asked if I should get another adjustment the answer, again, was "Well, I don't know". I would highly recommend finding another Chiropractor if you are a first timer. The bedside manner and pompous attitude are a huge turn off and not something a patient should have to deal with.
