They sent the bid and texted to let me know it was sent. I accepted the price and Ron came out to begin at the time he said he'd come. I had a couple items that didn't show up on schedule so we needed to have him come back to finish the shower door and finishing work, and they fit it in as soon as possible. He was nice to us and our kids and was a pleasure to have around. When I realized I wanted to add more jobs, he gave me good quotes quickly. He did a Fix it job on my upper dish washer rack, put up two replacement lights with dimmer in my kitchen, replaced my powder room light and replaced my old pedestal sink with a vanity I purchased and a light I bought and some accessories for TP and towels and painted the powder room. He also nailed some loose trim and put up a barndoor and a shower door. I had water damage from a poorly installed previous contractors shower door and he made any sign of that damage disappear as well as helping make a bad tile job look less obvious by putting in a cool trim piece over some of it. He even grooved out the back of the trim to make it level. Because the cost was likely to be high, I emailed Daniel to ask for the range of the cost. He then offered to come to my house to give me a free estimate. If you have ever called any electricians, you should know most electricians bill based on trip charge (basic fee) plus labor time and material. Even they do nothing, they still charge for just showing up at the door. I was very happy that Daniel was willing to come out to give me a free estimate. This just makes him distinguishable from other electricians. He gave me a very detailed estimate. The price was reasonable, so I accepted it. Later I told him that I might need to replace an indoor outlet as it's loose. He offered to do it for free! What a wonderful customer service! Moses was the one who actually showed up to do the work. He's very polite and friendly. He explained to me his work. He was very patient with me when I didn't understand his explanation. He was great to work with. He also cleaned up after his work.
