I accompanied my mother to IFS to start the process researching flooring options. We mainly dealt…read morewith Jennifer, but Katie also lent her expertise to answering our questions. Both ladies were knowledgeable and kind. They were attentive but not at all high pressure salespeople. We went to Great Floors later in the day to continue our research. Our experience there could not have been more different. The salesman was dismissive and rude. He then left us to look at the displays and never checked on us again. Great Floors had a larger selection, but most of displays lacked pricing information and no person there to answer our questions. We were the only people in the store. We haven't bought yet, but we ARE going back to IFS and working with Jennifer and Katie.

He explained what our options were and what we could expect during the remodel. The front-end staff Katy and Jenn were very helpful. They answered our phone call and kept us informed about time lines. Anthony and his crew were top-notched. Their installation was EXCELLENT. They were respectful of our house. They showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves and helped us to store the extra pieces. As in all large projects they was a glitch. Robbie and his team recognized the problem and made it right. This is all you can ask for. I will probably never have to replace my flooring again. If I did, or if you need new flooring, you could do better than Idaho Flooring Supply.

This was my unfortunate discovery with Bronco Carpets and Flooring, a business that seemed promising at first glance. My experience was marred not just by their digital absence but by a concerning lack of care and responsiveness to constructive feedback. I approached the business with the intention of exploring their offerings and possibly engaging their services. It was then I was assured of a website to browse through their selections and services. However, this assurance turned out to be unfounded; no website exists. This not only hampered my ability to research and understand what Bronco Carpets and Flooring could offer but also planted a seed of mistrust. When I attempted to provide constructive criticism about the importance of a digital footprint, especially in the modern marketplace, it was met with defensiveness and dismissal, interpreted as a direct diss on their operations. The experience left much to be desired. The inability to simply access a landing page or any online catalog of their products and services significantly impacted my decision-making process. In today's world, where convenience and information accessibility are key to customer engagement and satisfaction, Bronco Carpets and Flooring falls disappointingly short. The situation was further exacerbated by their reaction to feedback, which instead of being seen as an opportunity for improvement, was taken as an affront. Businesses thrive on transparency, customer service, and the willingness to adapt and grow from customer interactions. Unfortunately, my interaction with Bronco Carpets and Flooring was lacking in these areas. The misleading information about having a website, coupled with the dismissive attitude towards constructive criticism, are significant red flags for any potential customers. It's a digital age, and having at least a basic website is not just an added value but a necessity for business visibility and credibility. My hope is that this review serves as a catalyst for change, highlighting the importance of honesty, customer care, and the critical need for an online presence in today's competitive market. p.s. get a real website.

We had been looking at carpet for our TV room and decided to go with Home Depot. The salesman…read more(Darrell) was outstanding! He helped us with selection and setup a date for room measurements. The gent who measured the room was ON TIME and very professional! Little did we know that our experience was about to go down the toilet in a few weeks when it was time for installation. Romanoff Renovations is contracted by HOME DEPOT for carpet installation in my area. ROMANOFF RENOVATIONS was great initially, scheduling the installation, reminder notes, etc. until installation day when the scheduler called to tell me the installer was out with suspected COVID. I had already moved everything out of the room and put it in our living room. The scheduler sent a text that a new installer was scheduled to be at my house between 2:00-5:00 the next day...GREAT, until we waited from 2:00-5:30 and he was a NO SHOW! He finally called at 6:11pm to tell me he would be late. SERIOUSLY! Another installer was scheduled TWO DAYS LATER to show up between 11:00 and 2:00. He called at about 1:00 to say the best he could do is 4:00pm. The installer showed at 4:00 pm (alone) and did a great job (hence 2 stars) but couldn't move furniture back into the room by himself (this was part of the contract). My wife and I moved the furniture back into the room ourselves. The TAKE AWAY is DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT THAT REQUIRES INSTALLATION UNTIL AFTER COVID IS GONE (if at all)... This was a painful experience that no one should have to endure... I get the feeling that HOME DEPOT only sends surveys to customers who are happy... haven't seen anything yet!

I didn't hear anything so I reached out again September 9 only to be told that my order had been canceled. I never canceled my order! Paul with Home Depot cancelled it with out my authorization his excuse is it was a mistake. he is willing to order me another window but I need to give another deposit even though I haven't been refunded my original deposit. Needless to say I will not be going with Home Depot!
