Had significant…read moretrouble with installing recessed lighting in our ceiling resulting in two drilled holes in the roof, covered up with caulking while also ripping drywall from the ceiling. I had contractors come in to repair some of the damage caused (not all) which was higher than the value of the work he did. I still offered to pay him something to at least cover materials when he seemed reasonable about what had happened. This has resulted in insults and possibly threats from him on how he would get his money back. Response to owner: nice mix of truths and outright lies. I've sent over the full cost of the drywall repairs for him to see. The cost I told to him was only for the excessive damage he caused. Not even all of the damage he caused. He never told my wife about the holes in the roof she just happened to be around when they started panicking but she wasn't sure what was going on. I checked later after she told me something fishy had happened and I had to call him after he left for him to acknowledge the holes in the roof.

They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side. I work from home and my office is in the cool part and his TV room is in the south. We get direct sun that heats up that room quickly. Bottom line - this company is the bomb. One I look forward to having service our HVAC needs in the future.

Jeremy was communicative and helpful. He responded quickly and was honest about the work needed and the cost. Him and a colleague came to complete the work and they took their time, was thorough, and fixed me up. I went from having flickering lights to a nice new panel. I feel safer with the electric work completed and it helps give me peace. After the work, Jeremy let me know there were other issues that he noticed while completing the work. He was professional and paid close attention to detail when he removed the old chandelier, and installed a new two-story, intricate design chandelier that is absolutely beautiful! I love it! He was fast, methodical and very careful because I was concerned about the height, which didn't faze him at all. He cleaned up and organized remnant pieces, and I am extremely pleased.
