We used Hall for several years and was happy because they always arrived quickly. The first…read moredisappointment was when we called on a Saturday and was told they had to order a part, but then Monday morning discovered they had the part in inventory, and we were without heat for the weekend. At the time we asked if it would be better to purchase a new furnace/ac unit since our furnace was 20 years old. We were told that the furnace looked good, and we should not be concerned about it. Well, we had to purchase a panel and again was told that we replaced the major things and should be fine. Then in less than a year another problem, gas valve and also had to replace the panel, which was under warranty. So got the furnace fixed in a few days so had heat again, but the furnace made a popping noise, so we asked about it and was told he didn't know what it was, but it was safe. The noise got worse, so we decided to buy a new furnace/ac unit. The first thing was when we got the bill for the valve we also got charged for the panel that was under warranty, so that was taken care of. The other thing is when we were getting estimates for a new furnace/ac we were told the company should have recommended a new furnace/ac unit since it was starting to show age and would become a money pit. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to choose another company to put in our furnace/ac unit and was very disappointed having to spend the money for a unit that was ready to be replaced.

Had a leak in the basement, coming from the kitchen sink drain. Called these folks and they came…read morethe next morning. Josh called day of and said they could come a little earlier than the appointment window, which worked out fine. As I suspected the 60-year-old drain pipe had a hole, actually a crack when he pulled it off. He fixed it right up, and though we know the rest of the pipes, original to the house, will need replaced eventually this got us going again. Price was reasonable for what it is. Service was great.
