I understand that misunderstandings can happen in any business. Communication can sometimes be misinterpreted. That said, I truly cannot reconcile the suggestion that Jen could be rude. She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own. And on the rare occasion that I ask for adjustments, they are gracious, collaborative, and committed to making sure I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Staging is not just decorating.
