He was extremely thorough, he worked section by section to identify the source of the leak and surgically replaced the broken section. His work was clean and he was very honest with his material break down and costs. Jose was the 2nd person I spoke to about the issue. Prior to this, I had asked another well reputed plumbing company that suggested changing the entire main pipe and were charging me $10k more! Jose was honest and very knowledgeable and his expertise saved me $$$ while completing the work quickly. I would highly recommend Jose!

I'm going with 3 stars because they may provide great service, or they may not -- unfortunately,…read moreI'll never know. I reached out about scheduling a visit to get a quote for a whole-home repipe. Scot Fair, the "Sales Manager," responded very quickly, which I initially appreciated. Apparently, though, I didn't respond quickly enough for his liking. I emailed on Tuesday, and by Wednesday -- the very next day -- I received what I interpreted as a rather dismissive "guess you don't want our services" type of email. I understand following up with a potential customer, but writing someone off after less than a day seemed unnecessary and left a pretty poor impression. Like most people, I also have a job during the day and can't always immediately respond to personal emails or coordinate appointments. Since I never actually had the opportunity to use the company, I don't think it would be fair to give them a one- or two-star review based solely on this interaction. Their plumbing work may very well be excellent. But when I'm considering a fairly significant project and getting multiple quotes, how a company communicates with me is also part of the decision. So, thanks and good luck to you too, Scot. You did at least make the process of narrowing down which companies I'd like to work with a little easier.

Given our house…read morewas over 100yrs old and the line was likely the original, a complete replacement was recommended. Carlos was extremely helpful in helping us arrive at a cost we could afford. The TrenchFree crew were timely, knowledgeable, and hard working given the 100+ degree temperature the 1st day of the field work. Repair consisted of solid piping under a retaining wall, through an area that had to be backfilled to take out a sag in the line, followed by lining approx. 50lf of existing CI piping that would eventually fail given its age. In addition, my wife and I made an unusual request regarding payment. We applied for and were approved to receive a 21-month 0% APR CC with Chase that would allow us to cover the repair interest free. When I explained the situation to the Accounting department, they were kind enough to defer payment until we receive the CC from the bank. All around excellent service during a very trying time. Hats off to the TrenchFree team for a job well done! I'd be happy to refer you to anyone requiring your services in the future!

I 100% beg you not to go with this company. The word "discount" in their company name is the EXACT OPPOSITE!! I had a small slow leak in my unused shower that backed up to my closet - it took me quite a long time to identify it. It had caused "electrolysis" Bettina to my copper pipes which was immediately obvious to my other estimates yet discount's estimator couldn't tell me if the leak was from a sink or shower pipe despite the obvious greened copper . SMH they overcharge and wanted to charge 1000$ k just to cut open a 42x30 piece of Sheetrock to access the pipe - This group of owners bought the business from the original owners a few years back, maybe inherited the yelp score +/or good will reputation.... but I experienced other wise. My entire repair was on par with just the access cost with discount plumbing.

Freddy was extremely patient and creative during the scoping process. He understood the requirements and concerns of all parties involved and offered different solutions based on what the needs were. He and his office manager Fiona did a good job of managing all the admin stuff as well. I never felt like the team didn't know what they were doing or didn't have a plan. Once the job started, Miguel did an excellent job managing the work and the team. His communication was great and he quickly corrected course based on any concerns or requirements raised.
