Well I told Mike I would leave a review for him because I don't need anyone to make me happy , based on his text message. He tried to tell me after I cancelled my service and they did not show up the last day , was because of it being 5 weeks in a month when I have been charged the same am month after month even with it being 5 weeks on other months . His guys never once vaccoom my pool in 6 months , they put the least am of chemicals they can 1 gallon a week in a 30k gallon pool all summer ; algae was never stopping despite cleaning filters , I had to buy something off amazon for 80 bucks that finally stopped it . , the rude customer service from Mike is why I am writing this review. Through his text messages and excuse about most company's charge more in a five week month , what a load of crap Mike . I never complained but this is crazy I never complained about his young kids doing a crappy job not vacuuming the pool every week when they were supposed to because I didn't want them to get in trouble, but they weren't doing their job and it most companies do vacuum the pool once a week so I'm going to find another company. Hopefully this time I'll get what is worth $175 a month for a five dollars worth of chlorine a week come on oh and 10 minutes they spent 10 minutes every single Tuesday at my house. Called Mike for help with replacing a cracked ring on the part to the salt cell. Good quality work. Even reprogrammed my pump for me so it ran more efficiently, and repositioned a pipe that the last pool guy was lazy and left in a bad spot. Super nice guy! Mike at alpha pools is amazing!!! Great customer service. I was shopping around for a new pool pump and Mike blew the competition out of the water. I called him on Monday the week of Christmas and he was at my house on Tuesday with the new pump. Mike was very professional and clean with the installation. Mike has been our pool guy for over a year and I have to say that he is great! He taught me the correct amount of tabs that need to be in the pool and he also showed me how much water to keep in the pool at all times! He's very punctual and is a good guy. alpha pool serviced our pool for almost 2 years in the beginning it was great no problems .. but they started to slack on our pool cleaning still leaving dirt after vacuuming it as well as debris floating .. I am not one to complain much but after months I called the owner MIKE he basically did not want to hear me out Was very rude and arrogant keep cutting me off when I tried to explain the problem. you guys have no problem charging more monthly with out any notice but when there is a problem you don't want to deal with it. read more
