We just had Tom come out to install a light. He then begged to do the full paint job in our…read moredaughter's bathroom and patch and paint her ceiling. We agreed bc our scheduled painter was backlogged and additional 2 wks. He passed the work off to an 'assistant' we never met before. The guy didn't prep AT ALL. There are stroke marks, everywhere, jagged lines along the trim. Very amateur. The patch job is worse! My kids could have done better. You literally SEE that it's a patch job. Bc he only painted the area he patched and then tried to pass it off as 'needing to dry' despite us pointing out how glaringly obvious the job was. To make matters worse we discovered they cracked the tub with their ladder bc they put the ladder IN the tub and then climbed it to do the work. My husband literally SAW the assistant with the ladder IN the tub and told him, 'I don't think that's a good idea.' The guy obviously continued to do it and as a result cracked the tub. Tom just left here after blaming the crack on the BUILDER (from 15 YEARS AGO) bc according to him they didn't insulate it enough so it's not his fault the tub was damaged by his ladder bc the ORIGINAL BUILDERS didn't install a tub that can withstand his stupidity. Tom is refusing to make this right, still hasn't completed to satisfaction the bathroom paint and patch job and how have left us back at square one and $700 in the hole PLUS the cost of a new tub and install smh. Our daughter just had her room redesigned as a gift for entering middle school and she can't even use her shower or bath. Smh. Super unprofessional. Very disappointing. Now we have to file a lawsuit in small claims court to recover the costs and attorneys fees. What SHOULD have been a simple in and out job has turned into a costly headache for our family. If you value customer service and someone who will honor their word, I'd look elsewhere.

I went through nearly 5 different electricians who cut corners leaving me with hazardous liabilities and charged me outrageous prices. Several of electricians didn't even bother with giving me an estimate because the job was too difficult. George came for a same day estimate and came in considerably lower than the competition offering very honest and reasonable prices for the amount of work to be done. He was very creative at solving problems and did an incredible job redoing my entire office fixing all of his predecessors errors. He made my old office very smart and contemporary by doing everything from installing smart light switches, modern light fixtures, and hiding cables neatly. He often worked nights and weekends just to meet my deadline. I am very grateful for his work and highly recommend. Thank you!

My 1st impression he was very professional so we hired him. He started the project with 1 other guy. The 1st couple of days went smoothly. Then they started to rush. Paint was in my carpet upstairs, on the granite etc. He even let our children "assist" without our knowledge which led to paint all on our wood floors. This was in Oct. and to date, we still have not gotten all the paint out. Several areas appear to not have 2 coats of pain as outlined in the contract and the ceiling n the living room was dry rolled and show brush marks on the ceiling during the day. He clearly ran out of paint and instead of purchasing more, he just dry rolled the walls.

Rafael and his team have good work ethic. They did an excellent job in fixing all the siding, trim, and wood issue of our house's exterior, that were found in the preparation stage of the painting process. They performed their job professionally and carefully from sealing all the siding gap, priming, taping to painting and cleaning after the project. They're hard working and kind people. Beside the excellent work they did, I appreciate their punctuality and responsiveness in communication and showing up on time, from the very beginning of the free inspection until the project is finished. If you often must look up and contact different contractors/companies to fix things around your house, you know how valuable being on time and good communication is. Rafael is friendly and easily to reach in both text and call, which is very helpful to me since my family communicates better in text than phone call. The team did a good job, and Rafael comes onsite to check on the project often, as well to communicate and promptly answer all of my questions. All the project's detailed is listed and informed well in the email invoice. He also explains the process and keep us well updated throughout the project. More importantly, their price range is competitive and affordable for the high quality they deliver. We even receive a free driveway pressure wash due to the promotion of the exterior project. I highly recommend Rafael and his team!
