We were heading home so it was easy for us to get to the bank since we were heading west on State. Headed in, got my husband's app taken care of by Cheryl today. She was super helpful and patient with us. I know she was just as frustrated as we were since the app wasn't playing nice. After a couple phone calls, we finally got an extra account added to his app. I got some funds taken out for some walking around cash. Quick and easy visit. I have been heading to a few different locations to get my banking needs taken care of. Both institutions will deny fault and blame the other to avoid accountability. This is a choice, not due to law. Mastercard does not do this. Other banks and credit unions don't all do this. Consumers are not protected banking and holding credit with ICCU. Poor customer service and a lack of honesty

We were given comparison documents less than 24 hours after providing our personal information and what we were hoping to accomplish with the refinance. The staff was vary transparent and kept us updated along the way. Their customer portal was very easy to use and navigate through when uploading and signing documents, as well as seeing exactly when documents were reviewed and accepted. We called the office several times with questions and they were always cheerful and helpful. We were never put on hold, and they always returned calls quickly.
