We were looking to refinance our mortgage...we had used national companies many years prior and thought we'd like to find a local company. I saw the 5-star rating here on Yelp and Google for Creekside and called for info. They took my information, I filled out the application, they told me they were out of town in Vancouver WA for a meeting and would be in touch when they returned, which was fine. So I waited and waited for for nearly ten days. Meanwhile two of those national companies was harassing us via the telephone and emails and texts. I was thisclose to just going ahead with them when I decided to email Creekside and tell them I was disappointed that I didn't hear back from them. OMG, he got my email and Kerry emailed me at about 10pm apologizing profusely that his team had dropped the ball, he would get his team on my case in the morning. And he did! I had emails and calls and apologies and they worked WITH my husband and me. They asked for a copy of the estimate that Veteran's United offered me and the proposal came back THOUSANDS less in fees using Creekside! All told from my first contact to our closing, it was less than 30 days, the service was impeccable, they kept us informed of everything. They appreciated my getting back with them and pointing out the mistake so they can take mistakes to not let anyone/any situation fall through the cracks like that again. We really felt that they cared and took care of us. I highly recommend Kerry and his team at Creekside, I hope not to need another mortgage anytime soon, but if rates drop...who knows, we may be in the market again! read more

I have been doing business with Kerry and his team for over 10 years. He had his business in Vancouver Washington, still does, however he wanted to move to Boise Idaho due to falling in live with our beautiful city and all that it has to offer. I am so very happy he decided to open a second office here and lives here now with his family. I cannot express enough gratitude to him nd his team through the years. He has saved us money, he tells us straight up what is going on with the market, calls us when he sees things changing, he has always had time for us and is a beautiful honest human. He is passionate about helping others and has certainly changed our life for the better through his VA loan. After getting the runaround from my bank and a previous mortgage company I used to lend from, my realtor got my in contact with Kerry at Creekside Mortgage. They went over my situation with me and said they could make it happen. The plan was to go from making an offer on a home, to closing in 2 weeks. They stayed in communication with me for the whole process and even helped with sorting issues past work hours and on the weekends. Because of their help, I was closing on the house 11 days later, and got me a 1.5% better interest rate than I was expecting with the market. They also put me in contact with local home insurance companies that they felt could provide a more competitive coverage to save me every dollar they could. 10/10 would use them again or recommend them to anybody buying a home in the northwest. read more

We got into a time crunch because we needed a 3 week escrow on a VA loan. The Greenwald team got it done! Unheard-of, 3 weeks and we were closed on our previous house and into our new home in Kuna, ID!! Kerry and his team kept on top of things, responded quickly to ALL our questions and the whole staff was friendly, and welcoming. Our realtor was impressed with how quickly they responded to questions as well. Creekside may be new to Meridian, but they certainly aren't new to the mortgage business!
