First and foremost, the Eaglewood Homes team of Abram, Angela, Josh, and Adam were very friendly,…read moreprofessional, and upfront. My wife and I were pleased from day 1 at the Eaglewood homes office; the Eaglewood team listened to our needs, preferences, and concerns. We dealt with 2 other local builders with designing a house and were frustrated at wasted time at our meetings. They didn't listen to any ideas and were adamant about not making some minor alterations to their design. Josh, Angela, and Adam responded quickly to texts/emails from day 1 to the closing date in December 2015. The value & quality of an Eaglewood home is unparalleled. Our family has lived in this house for nearly 3 years and have had no issues with our Eaglewood home. In their website, Eaglewood Homes promises to follow up 1 month after closing and 1 month before the warranty will expire. I was so surprised and pleased that they took a proactive approach and reached out to us if we had any issues with the home. The standard features that Eaglewood provides with their homes are great and they list what potential homebuyers will get when purchasing their home. My wife and I wanted to customize our home to emulate ideas we've seen at the Parade of Homes and in magazines; Eaglewood did a wonderful job at making our ideas come to life. Thank you Eaglewood homes for making our dreams come true and making a house into our forever home. David and Ha N. November 2018

Bought builder spec'd home in 2019…read more Bought from out of state using my agent to do the pre-home inspection, which was a major mistake. Builder had spent no attention to detail and the state of the home was poor on arrival. They didn't even turn the hot-water heater on or clean the home. On arrival I had to get them to call in their contracted cleaners to clean up. They stated the builder didn't bother to call them to do the normal pre move-in cleaning as was normal. The supervisor/warranty guy at that time was extremely difficult to work with to get anything resolved under the warranty. The warranty work that was done was done extremely poorly. Supervisor/warranty guy was fired or forced out. Still finding things he did wrong that I now have to fix myself. Master shower floor stone pebble tiles started breaking free at the 2.5 year mark. The pebbles are smaller than the 2" x 2" minimum size required by the shower pan manufacturer Schluter. In addition there could be additional flexing of the shower pan due to improperly supported pan around the drain. Don't know yet because I have to have someone cut into the ceiling below the master shower to inspect. More stones continue to get loose and are ready to break out. Eaglewood had the gall to suggest that water from normal showering in and around the tiles could be to blame for failure instead of the fact they didn't meet the shower pan manufacturers minimum installation specifications. Also dealing with bunching carpet in every room and hallway starting at 2 years in. It appears they didn't stretch the carpet during installation and just plopped down a cut to size piece. Every room has to now be stretched and trimmed already. For being a company that claims they are higher quality they outright fail. They basically use the same subcontractors as everyone else and don't hold them to any higher standards.
