Stay away from this place. You will thank me later. Your business means nothing to them. Save your time and spend the extra money going with another company who will take your business seriously. This place has absolutely no customer service and installers have no experience. Prices are good but it will take months and multiple trips to your home to complete the job. I had to hire another company to complete and fix what this joke of a company failed to do. Stay away!!! read more

Do NOT waste your time or money! I'm going to try to condense this because there's SO MANY issues with this company. *Unprofessional *No communication *Poor Work Ethic *They will piecemeal you!!! *Charges and what's included isn't clearly stated. *Can't hardly reach Amad when there are questions or issues. *When you do happen to reach him on the phone, he OVER TALKS you. *We wanted to keep our original granite countertops. When the cabinets finally arrived, they don't fit. So new countertops. When they installed the new granite countertop, they cracked it in a few places. Also, took it upon themselves to remove the electrical outlet (which I found under some things on the kitchen table) and cover with the granite instead of cutting an opening for it like we had originally. *They charge you EXTRA to remove your old cabinets. Just not out of your home. They put all the old cabinets and sinks in the next room. *They don't reconnect your sink or pipes that they took apart. *We originally had a corner shelf and wanted the same. What we received was 2 pieces of wood glued together, different color than the shelves, that was stuck onto the end of the upper cabinet like an afterthought. Amad said that he'd paint it to match. The color didn't matter in the end because the piece itself did NOT match at all. *We ordered with the glass inserts. Someone came out to do separate measurement. When the glass arrived, none of them fit. Had to send back. * Glass arrived weeks later. Fits this time. Each piece was installed with all the fingerprints AND the measurements written in black marker in the center. Which shows me that there's no pride in their work. *You can see all the little nails on the sides of the cabinets. *No respect for time frame: Ordered and paid in August 2021. They finally started on Friday of Super Bowl weekend. Said they'd return on Monday. We had NO KITCHEN for over a week! Everything didn't get complete until March to April 2022. I'm not sure how much space they allow for reviews but I do have more pictures if anyone wants to see them. My husband wanted me to keep quiet until they were done at least. Which I did. But I had no intention of NOT warning future clients of our experience. Do your homework (my husband didn't listen to me). Make an informed decision. I promise you that you will not regret it, if you bypass THIS company. They don't care about the customer or providing quality service. Someone else might've had a better experience and that's great for them. Our experience with them was horrible and regretful. Sorry, guess I couldn't condense this. The 1 Star is because NO STAR isn't an option. read more

Buyer beware! There is a huge language barrier with these ppl they do not understand English. First they cancel the appt that I took off work to be there and then they come the next day and I couldn't be off only my wife was home. I purchased a countertop and they installed only one side after repeatedly telling them that entire counter needs to be installed. They told me that I am moving the counter top so they didn't want to install but I PAID for entire counter to be installed and I didn't tell them I would be moving it. The person installing it asked me if I wanted it installed I say yes. Then they ask my wife who has no clue and she said that she said yes. When I came home I noticed one side of my counter was cut but not installed. When I ask what's going on they tell me my wife signed off there is nothing they will do to help me. Crazy that I paid these guys to do a job they refused to do but I guess that's what happens when they give you a lower price it's because they want to do half the job. I think they still believe they were right on this and don't understand how that's possible if I'm not happy and expressing the fact that they won't complete the job, made my wife sign and told me to kick rocks. When I said I will just give a bad review they told me go ahead because they weren't going to rectify the situation. read more

I usually don't write reviews, however, customers need know what Alpha Stone is really like. I ordered a kitchen in February 2019, to date this company has not finished installation/trim work to my satisfaction. Customer service is non existent, if you confront them, the receptionist will just yell at you, workmanship is shoddy, cabinets are poorly made and custom work is extremely poor. Company could not provide the kitchen I ordered, it took them 6 months to match the trim to the kitchen cabinets! Alpha Stone advertised Calcutta Quartz for $40 sf, I asked for this deal, it was immediately deleted from Facebook without explanation. I was charged approximately $60 sf and Alpha Stone under estimated my square footage by 10 sf or $600! I finally realised after sending a text to the owner in September, and never receiving a reply, they were not ever going to do the right thing. Aman the owner promised "as long as I have breath in my body, I will make sure your kitchen is completed to your satisfaction." My kitchen has now been completed by professionals at additional cost to me. There are so many reputable kitchen suppliers in the area, make sure you avoid Alpha Stone, the price will not make up for the quality or service you receive. If your are willing to wait 9 months and have them walk away, this is the company for you. read more

Some helpful hints based on our experience: 1. A big countertop dealer like MSI, located in Elk Grove Village, has a very large showroom where you can see the full countertop slabs. We had some preferences based on the web site pictures and the little quartz samples, but ended up selecting a different slab once we were in the showroom. You really want to see the full countertop slabs before your decision is finalized. 2. We were really disappointed with the Home Depot service, which is The Countertop Factory - Midwest. There was an extremely hard sell visit to our house and a take-it-or-leave it price. 3. Many quartz countertop installation services want you to select quartz they already have in stock. Davan let us shop around and we selected an MSI countetop, which MSI already had in stock. Our job therefore proceeded quickly from final slab selection to installation (less than two weeks). 4. I was unnecessarily nervous about our kitchen tile backsplash when our old formica countertops were replaced with new quartz countertops. We wanted to retain the old kitchen backsplash. That was not a problem and the installation occurred smoothly.

I recently had a great experience. Cabinet boxes are of plywood, soft close with solid wood frames and sturdy hardware. Their office staff was friendly and helpful. They take about a day or so return your calls which was a little annoying but considering how busy they usually are it is understandable. The cabinets were delivered in about around 3 weeks. The countertops were measured and installed in 4 days. The installers spoke very little English but knew what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. read more

Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing! We were on a shoestring budget and were looking for cabinets without any particleboard, so builder grade cabinets sold at big box store was not an option for us. One of our friends referred us to Cabinets and Countertop Factory. We went there to order kitchen cabinets but ended up ordering a quartz countertop as well. 1st time buying from Aman & I couldn't be happier. I shopped like crazy & they were by far the cheapest and that did not take away from quality. Fast at getting the cabiets to me. It's great,,,,,,Most supply shops are privatized to those in the repair and contract business. Pricing is a bit higher than a Ace hardware or Home Depot but alike them may have some items on clearance. The store has its own parking lot and normal business hours, never open after dark and short hours on Saturdays. read more
