Paid almost $200 for terrible service. My iPads screen protector cracked shortly after repairing it here because of the poor quality of the service. When I tried to bring up the concern they hung up on me while having a conversation AND they blocked me right after that. This company clearly does not value their customers. Would not recommend 0/10. read more

On 7-8-2023 I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max to Alpha Fix to get my front screen repaired. After reviewing my device the company agreed they could repair my phone & it will be $90. While waiting for my device to be repaired I was also informed about a warranty which includes black outs or if the device becomes unresponsive. W/. the info I received it made me more trusting w/ the company. When it was time for my device to be picked up everything looked fine however it was on 2% so I hurried home. I put it on the charger, & that's when I noticed it started being unresponsive to touch & a black dot forming. I immediately snapped a picture & sent it to Alpha Fix to inform them right away what's going on. I informed them I wouldn't be able to come in until my off day Saturday 7-15-2023 because my work schedule conflicts w/ their business hrs. He agreed it was fine & I was set to return then. I returned to the store 7-15-2023. I showed the cashier at the desk my receipt & I informed him that I came in last week for my screen but my device was still blacking out & being unresponsive to touch. After expressing my concerns & trying to come to a mutual agreement the cashier gave off an annoyed vibe. I figured I was speaking to a different associate so I started describing the time I came in on 7-8-2023 hoping he could figure out which associate assisted me so they could better explain what's going on. However, he completely brush off what I was saying & asked me to stop talking. He then stated he's not sure who helped me & that he is not fixing because the warranty thats offered doesn't extend to me because the back of my device is cracked. Furthermore, that if I want him to repair the screen I would need to pay him again. I was baffled. When I originally brought the device in the cashier inspected the device & told me that he can repair my device. He didn't say anything about the back being crack affecting my warranty nor it having an impact on my device functioning properly. The cashier then became increasingly pugnacious & arrogant stating that he was in fact the owner & also admitting that it was actually him (ALI) who I spoke with & he was also the guy who fixed my phone. I asked Ali why would he lie about the warranty & also act like he had no idea who I was & he responded that he just wanted to see what all I would say. The whole altercation was completely unnecessary & I was embarrassed because I had someone with me. Ali made me seem like I was telling lies & acting like he had no idea what was going on or who I was. All I wanted was my device fixed or at least a refund. My phone is still broken & I'm out of $90. I didn't know what to do so I contacted the police & made a report with them. read more

so I came in today and got my back glass repair on my iPhone XR and after I got it done, the camera lens was lifting and it was downwards and I confronted him and said, did you do this and he said no and he basically tryed to denyed it in my tech was fixing a phone until tomorrow, and I needed somebody to fix my phone i'm so pissed how he said and denied it. Omg, they totally ruined my phone. I brought my iPhone 11 pro for the screen to be repaired, but once I got the phone back my brightness was lower, and my phone felt slower than it usually was. I then brought it back again to them and this time they "fixed" the top part and then the inside of the screen was broken. They damaged the inside of my phone and after charging me extra just to ruin my phone even worse. read more

I cracked my phone screen and took it here. After fixing it my brightness on my phone no longer worked. I took it back again and he said to fix the brightness my Face ID Would no longer work. So now my screen is no longer cracked and my brightness works but my Face ID doesn't and now my phone battery is draining so fast, I've had to charge it multiple times today. This was not an issue before I went here, it started right after I got my phone back. To fix it they want me to buy a new battery. Seems like they replace one thing and break another. read more
