After reaching out multiple times (and having the times unprofessionally changed multiple times) he finally arrived back at our home to basically say that it's not the lens but it's the camera that cracked (although he made no mention of this and I had shared picture quality after he fixed it). The gentleman then goes on to say "well you can go to Apple and pay $300" and "I'll send you $30" back when I definitely paid more than that.
