It was cold out. I had my autistic daughter with me and when I asked him for a ride after that to get his attention, he was a total douche to me. This company is a disgrace and I will make sure everybody knows it. He's also kind of creepy. I'm talking about the son of the owner. He also agreed that he would illegally put my children in the car and me once when he gave us a ride home from Shaws. Then when I texted him to get his attention, he was totally rude and said he was gonna charge me $110 cause he would have to make multiple trips. He did not show any remorse or apologize for leaving me in my disabled kid abandoned in Lebanon. I hope you see this Joe Junior and I hope you stop doing what you're doing. You're a terrible person.

I made the reservation in advance online, needed to change the details for pick-up date/time a couple of times, but all was well when I picked up the car. I picked it up on August 11th, I believe the woman working is named Kathy? Things were a little hectic for her, she was by herself and someone had quit that morning, but she had the keys for me in just a couple of minutes and told me exactly how much gas to buy before returning it so that I would have the same amount of gas in the tank at return. It's unlikely I would need a car here again, but if I did I would definitely be back to Avis

To THINK, they knew I was to return there after my surgery and TRUST ME, I could have died from getting an infection from the filth! A BASEMENT IS NOT THE FIRST FLOOR!! I kept jamming my foot on this plastic piece under the leg of the bed. When I asked the manager, Ann? She casually said "oh those are bed bug cups, & she added that's the way of the world!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? The heat did not work only partly, and if there had been a fire? I could not of gotten out! I do not believe their very steep stairs are even up to code!!!! AND I CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS!!!! IN front of each bedroom door?
