This food truck is rockin' from open til close. It's been open maybe a month and the owner mentioned he's had a steady stream of people nightly (open til 1am...They had 650 people in last night!) My favorite was the truffle mac and cheese alpha dog, what a combination of flavors! The potato stix and fries were also a great addition to some of the dishes. I'll be back for sure! read more

I got a hot dog with waygu beef and the meat tasted like a Hotdog from checkers and it was an 3 extra bucks . I tasted my boyfriends mini dog (which is huge btw) and the actual hotdog meat tasted like a yoga mat, no flavor or salt. Also had the jugo de parcha and it was really watered down. We also had the truffle fries and they were good, I liked the sauce it's like a spicy mayoketchup but there was no actual truffles. All in all we're not coming back, the fries should not taste better than the hotdogs at a hotdog place. read more

This food truck is new but it became a hit due to the large quantity of Venezuelan people living in the area. I went yesterday for the first time and I think I will not come back. The place was pack full and there was a long line. After ordering, nice people attending, the gave us a number and we try to find a table. Most of the tables were occupied and the ones free were dirty and no chairs. After calling several of the people working there they finally cleaned and found us chairs. The food arrived and I was disappointed, the dog was not hot and the bun was wet, it was so full of ingredients that it was almost impossible to eat without making a mess. For the $5+ of the sandwich I would expect a real HOT dog in a good fluffy warm bun. read more

This is my favorite food truck in Miami. They have rotating stuff on their menu and is all delicious. They also have some fixed menu items that are to die for like their 5th of July burger and their burger burrito which are just sickening good. Every time I go I try all of that plus the truffled fries. Definitely a great place to pig out if you don't mind the extra calories :) read more

Tried this food truck the other day. We tried two different hot dogs (can't remember the names). They were ok. Dont be fooled!!!! Not everything you see on Instagram that looks delicious will turn out that way. That's the case with alpha dog. Recently went with my wife and we both had their "crispy" chicken sandwich with fries and we both had "natural" juices. I must say we were both EXTREMELY disappointed! We spent 10mins discussing what we had just experienced while shitting in our car in the parking lot. The chicken was not crispy at all and it wasn't flavorful. It may look like that on Instagram but it was far from it. The bread should have at least been toasted and the special sauce wasn't all that great. The juice had no flavor and was watered down. My wife had a different juice and she also agreed. I couldn't tell what I was drinking. We ordered our food at the same time and recieved our food 15-20 minutes apart. With about 15 employees working at the time (I'm not exaggerating) we couldn't understand why it was taking so long. It wasn't even busy! We were under constant attack of flies all around us, it was frustrating to say the least but understandable that it may not be their fault entirely. Still ruined the experience. I will say that the 3 young girls attending to customers needs were great. They were very attentive! The rest of the 12 employees literally walking around could have been doing more. I couldn't understand why a food truck would need so many employees?! I will never go again even if the food were free. If you're looking for a crispy chicken sandwich... go to shake shack. We received the food like 3 minutes after ordering, so the promptness was a plus. I had the Alpha Pork, which had a slice of pork belly across the hot dog but the flavor wasn't really coming through. I love pork belly so I was expecting a little more. The bread is your typical Hawaiian bread, which I wasn't a fan of. Like another comment, I wish the bread was a little more toasted so it wasn't all falling apart. The truffle fries were also good. Just a little small for my taste. I expect more crunch when they're that small. It was decent, but there's just something that's missing about it. read more

This used to be one of my favorite Venezuelan Fast-Food places near Doral until tonight 5/19/19. Unfortunately I came for a chicken burger burrito (no veggies and no alpha sauce), after getting it wrong three times I had to reject it because I kept on getting the order messed up, luckily I was not allergic, I wonder how they operate with allergic people. It wasn't crowded, the lady who took my order knew exactly what I was referring to because she noted all the details in my order, the person in-charged this night "Carlos" did not have the decency to personally speak with me considering I asked a couple of times to speak with the manager, the manager told they lady to issue me a refund... this is definitely not Cocinero's doing and it is pretty sad how a horrible judgment by an employee ended up loosing a good customer, I didn't want free food, I just wanted the food I was gladly going to pay for... I hope this message gets to Cesar, I really like how the other businesses are managed with the idea of a great customer service. read more

We invited AlphaDog to our business in Medley for our weekly Food Truck Tuesday Event and they came all the way from Brickell. They were super friendly & had their full menu available :) Our CEO had his regular favorite the delicious picanha with green salad. I had their tequeballs and they were hot, fresh, with great ingredients. I saw other employees enjoying their burgers & subs. Their #1 specials are their hotdogs and they did not disappoint. No doubt the owner rather than cook is a tremendous marketer. We came here for his awesome Instagram marketing. We spent $ 60 to eat 3 people on the street, without a place to wash our hands at least. Basically they are hot dogs for a children's party, with lots of sauces to justify the exaggerated price. This food truck is the new "hit" from the founder of Boca's grill and boca's house, I went with my dauther and she order a plain hotdog ( ketchup, shoestring potatoes and chesse, the bread was super soggy and not very appealing , I ordered the alpha dog,( sauce , scallion, coleslaw, pork belly, sesame seed, cilantro, "secret sauce"), It was flavorless !!come on!I couldn't believe that a hot dog with pork belly have not flavor at all, the bread was also soggy. very disapointend, Should I give it a second chance ? After seeing all their videos and pictures I really thought this place would be over the roof. Oh was I wrong:( the potato sticks overwhelmed the flavor and neither one of us were happy (party of 6).
