Incompetent and they don't care. I canceled my internet, they would not allow me to cancel my phone the same day. I waited until the next day which was (Friday) they then said it would not be done until Monday, which was the day after cutoff date for bill. They continued to bill me even though I paid extra $17.63 plus ($4.95 fee). Just received another bill this month,which is why I have been on hold and am totally disgusted. I rather have no service than use CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS.

Consolidated has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. No dial tone for…read moreweeks at a time. When you finally get through to customer service, they have no landline phone option, only internet and VOIP options. Their customer portal is useless because when you report problems, and try to submit the troubleshooting request, Consolidated says that nothing can be uploaded and those services are unavailable. I hate hate hate Consolidated Communications landline service, it's useless and too expensive for poor intermittent service.

The best thing that I can say about my T Mobile experience is that the representative was friendly…read more Unfortunately that's also the only positive thing that I can say. She looked at the map and assured us that service was good at my home; not 5G, but good. Not only did we not have any service at my house, when I called to discuss the problem a condescending young man asked if I checked the coverage map because everyone there (in the store) knows that service in my town is bad. He then told me that there was nothing he could do, I had to call customer service. When I spoke with customer service she told me that that was completely wrong, that she could do nothing, refunds had to come from a store manager. So, deceit, condescension, the run around and an unwillingness to admit to any wrongdoing on top of a complete lack of cell service adds up to one star and a trip to US Cellular.
