Our friend broke a club here and the policy at the time was that the rentee had to pay for the price of a brand new club even though they were renting a used club. after voicing my opinion, they decided to change the policy and agreed that people who break a rental club should just pay for the value of a used golf club. I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines. There are a lot of different play modes but putting is one of my faves because I suck at swinging. The private rooms are really cool's because you can sing & swing at the same time!! The best of both worlds if u have friends that don't really golf but wanna hang c: Food here is bomb!! lowkey better than a lot of pocha spots. The kimchi pasta and rose dukbokki are so tasty and the Korean fried chicken is so fire. The honey garlic was my fave flavor for the friend chicken. Parking here is also super easy. Went in to ask about supplements, and was encouraged to purchase an item, being told that I should relax, because I could bring back the product and get a full refund, if it wasn't working for me. I ended up buying it, because there was a "20% all pills" promo that was advertised out front. Turned out that the product wasn't working for me, and upon going back into the store, I was told by another employee that there's no way I could ever get a refund. When I looked up the item I was sold, it turns out that it was actually cheaper to just buy it on the manufacturer's site, even with the 20% discount anyway. And this was apparently one of their own in house brands too (which makes the markup even more confusing). So, in brief, if you see an item in store there that you like, just go online, and check the item's actual REAL price online, because there's a good chance that it's actually sold cheaper by the company that makes it. And don't believe the staff when they tell you to not worry about buying a product, because of their return policy.

They are refusing a hand delivered cancellation notice by my representative and are demanding it be mailed. This violated California law. Cancellation for Cause (Civ. Code 1812.89): Members can cancel if they move more than 25 miles from the facility or become disabled. California Civil Code 1812.85(b)(1) "...To cancel this agreement, mail, email, or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent via first-class mail, via email from an email address on file with the health studio, or DELIVERED IN PERSON TO (Name of health studio operator) at (Address and email address of health studio operator)." I have sustained a massive injury. I have constant pain and a spinal fluid leak and can no longer do any kind of physical activity. I have been trying to cancel since the end of March. The gym manager demanded I come in person, or mail a letter along with my medical documents as proof in order to receive a refund or to process my cancellation. I have tried informing them over the phone that what they are doing is illegal. I do not have the ability to come in person or go to the post office. They should have accepted the hand delivered letter my father tried to deliver. They don't care. They refuse to process my cancellation continuously. There are multiple accounts of them doing this to other customers online. This can't continue.

Instead, a staff member came over to the treadmill I had just started using and made me walk across the entire gym floor to the front desk to give my name and get checked in. Honestly, that was pretty embarrassing and unnecessary. I completely understand the need to check people in, that's not my issue. It's how it was handled. Pulling someone off a machine and escorting them across the gym like that isn't professional. A much better approach would've been simply saying: "When you're finished here, can you come to the front desk so I can check you in?" I actually like this gym a lot, and it's the nicest one we have up here and the equipment is great, which is why this stood out so much. Just hoping to see a little more professionalism in situations like this.
