I was so relieved that they were able to diagnose and fix it so quickly, AND they went above and beyond to make sure the cabin was clean, all outlets, fixtures, and appliances were working, plus they did an impeccable job of cleaning up after themselves. I'd recommend this company without any hesitation. Everyone I talked to, including Tristan, was so professional, kind, and helpful. So thankful that we found them!!

Although we did not prevail in our claim, that does not change our experience as customers or our concerns about the work that was performed. What was especially upsetting to us was hearing testimony under oath at our court hearing about the work they performed that we believe was untrue and inconsistent with the information and communications we had regarding the work. We gave J&K the opportunity to address our concerns, but we were not satisfied with the outcome or how the situation was handled. Based on our personal experience, we would not hire this company again and cannot recommend them. I encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, keep copies of all emails and communications, and thoroughly document the work being performed.

The next day the electrician, Tanner, came to our home garage to assess the cause for the loss of charging. Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. Without hesitation, once we receive a replacement charger, we will have Johnsen Electrical install it! James Monroe and Julie Williams

I was looking for a solution that did not involve ripping out the walls and rewiring the equipment. Other providers, site unseen, said the problem was X and here is the cost... all of which would likely involve rewiring. Source was willing to come out, review the issue, and take time to educate me on the problem and solutions. Yes, the ultimate solution we decided upon was not cheap (especially as I could have done it myself for much less), but I felt the time, expertise, and education were well worth the extra cost. I have not had a reoccurrence of the problem since the service, which is great!
