Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint.
