I scheduled two appointments with Jordan Power. They missed the first. It was the Christmas season…read moreso we let it go with the promise they'd call and reschedule. They didn't. In July the following year, I scheduled another appointment. I confirmed by telephone and by email and the day before the appointment, they called to confirm again. During that conversation I asked that the Rep be sure to arrive during the appointment window (3-4pm). The office manager said they couldn't guarantee that arrival time. I reminded the office manager that the appointment time had been scheduled a week earlier after a no-show months before, and that we had coordinated two calendars to be available for the appointment time scheduled. She said, "that's not how we do business." Startled by her statement, I asked to speak with the owner. Instead, she hung up the phone. We have every intention of installing an expensive backup generator and almost certainly would have purchased the system from this company. Thank God we didn't! Imagine the frustration of that office manager being the point person whenever we needed maintenance or warranty service. I wouldn't buy a popsicle from this business.
