Tracie went above and beyond to ask me questions and direct me in pre-op, post op and even opening up her shop on a Sunday to ensure that I looked my best for my destination wedding, which was 6 days away. She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. You can really tell she's passionate about her services and truly cares for the person. I was in awe of her follow up as well. She texted me to make sure everything was holding up and gave tips and instructions on how to make it last. I bought some foam spray for touch ups and it worked great. I'm truly impressed with Tracie and how much she cares about her business and customers. I will definitely be back! My husband kept telling me how I amazing I looked after the tanning was done. Looks like I'm gunna have to do spray tanning alot more often because he LOVED it. Thanks Tracie, you are truly an artist! The tan held up for a little over a week! It was awesome!

I have had two tans with Tracie, one prior to a beach trip to Mexico and another for a Florida trip. She has a wealth of knowledge on products and tanning, and does a thorough job of explaining all parts of the process. The tan looks completely natural, does not have a funky tanning product smell. With all of her recommendations on how to care for the tan, mine lasted for almost two weeks! I loved the tans so much, I bought a package of 5! On top of all I have already said, Tracie is super friendly and fun! I highly recommend Tracie's service!

What's better than coming in pale and leaving with a glow and the enjoyment of time spent with friends? Sunny Girl Spray Tan ATX brings all this to your door. Shannon has the highest-quality airbrush tanning system on the market to bring you the safe, lasting, luxurious look you want, minus the sun's damaging UV rays. Why go to a tanning salon, only to leave with a stinky, sticky, kind of orangish complexion, when you can have someone come to your home, do a color consultation with you and ensure you are entirely happy with the product? Shannon does just that. When I called Shannon to make my appointment, she was so friendly and accommodating. She advised me on some things to do in order to ensure that my skin would best take the tan and to let her know if I had any questions or concerns. Shannon arrived at my place on a Saturday morning and we talked about the color I wanted and what my disappointments were previously with spray tans. After talking, Shannon set up her tent and we went to work! I was surprised at how great the spray tan smelled. It was nice. Also, my skin felt so soft and looked fantastic! I turned out with a wonderful, sun kissed and SO not orange skin tone. I LOVED IT! Shannon checked with me that evening to ensure I was happy with the outcome, and again the next day. I let her know that there was a spot that looked odd on my leg when she called the second time and she was on it to make it right immediately. (turns out I probably got a bit of lotion that I was putting on my feet on it, most likely) Great customer service, great product and keeping it local! :) Three things I love most. I couldn't recommend Shannon and Sunny Girl Spray Tan any higher!

She asked if I wanted highlights and dimensions I said yes. Most of the references have highlights. What she gave me was the opposite of what I asked for. 12 hours before my vacation I ended up with bright blonde highlights on a dark brown base. I had darker hair then what I came in with somehow. I asked her why the color was dark she said it oxidized dark. I didn't question her. She told me she has done hair for 25 years. I don't believe that based on what I received. I explained I wanted the highlights to be copper. Once she started blowing out my hair I was getting incredibly upset. It wasn't even close to what I showed and we discussed. I had not touched my hair in a year to let it grow and get healthy. She botched it. I told her I was extremely upset. She told me she could fix it the next morning early before my flight and that she would text me. Unfortunately I had to leave for another appointment and paid her $400 for my hair. She wasted my time, my hair health, and my money. I shouldn't have paid her at all. After an hour I become really upset after getting a look of my hair in the sun. I called lather salon 12 times. No response. I decided to drive over because Kati had still not texted me to fix it. I showed up and she was gone. The salon owner was still there and tried to call her but nothing. She apologized but offered no real solution. Saying she was done and couldn't help me. She suggested to go down to one of the 7 salons on the street and try to get help. I did and found a gem of a stylist. She told me my hair was so botched she would have to lather my hair in bleach. Further having to destroy my hair health to undo what Kati had done. By the time I have the bleach on my hair I finally get a text from Kati. Offering a 50% refund because she also had give me a dusting. A dusting costs $200 apparently. Instead of going back and forth with a stylist who obviously didn't care about the service she provided just the money. I didn't continue fighting. The entire process I was in the dark about what was going on with my hair. Lies were told saying it's going to be copper. Do not come to this salon. They wrecked my hair and I had to spend more money fixing the damage she caused. But I guess it was worth $200 to her.
