I genuinely do not really buy Halloween costumes but I always buy something. If I am going to a costume party I will likely create something from scratch. What I tend to buy are hats to redecorate for later and all sorts of misc fun stuff. I highly recommend you wander through and you might just find a fun scarf or hat.
