The natural beauty of the venue will grab your attention, but the ease of working with the staff will melt your stress away and capture your heart! We had our wedding here on May 25, 2025 and it was THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES! We had our ceremony in the ballroom and it was everything I imagined brought to life. All guests then went downstairs to the epic Locked Barrel Whiskey Lounge for cocktail hour while the ballroom was transitioned into the reception of my dreams! The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the service was first class. Each and every guest enjoyed themselves all day and dozens of people told me this was the best wedding they've ever been to. We were impressed with every detail of this venue from the moment we stepped foot inside a year ago while we were still venue hunting. My conversations with Sabrina and Rachelle solidified our decision to have the biggest day of our lives here. They are the glue that hold everything together, they are consummate professionals, and just the most fun! Careful, you will want to be best friends with them before the planning process is over! We are not rich, but they maximized our budget and this venue made me feel like a wealthy queen on our big day. Some folks even asked my husband how much money he makes because our wedding seemed so expensive! Trust me, it wasn't cheap, but compared to other comparable venues The Elks Tower is by far the best value you can get in Sacramento. It was worth every dime spent and I would do it all again if I could. I'll never forget how amazing our wedding day was and an enormous thanks for that goes to the hard working staff led by Rachelle and Sabrina!

The ballroom is a stunning two-story space with an elegant balcony - ornate, full of character, and the perfect setting for such a special day. Truthfully, we are all still on cloud nine, and I want to tell you why. It starts with the real stars behind the venue. Sabrina and Rachelle, our banquet event manager and coordinator, delivered seamless execution and went above and beyond at every stage. With more than 20 years of experience, their expertise was evident from the moment we began planning. Unlike other venues/coordinators we encountered, Sabrina and Rachelle genuinely listened to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and shared creative ideas that elevated our event beyond what we had even imagined. Their attention to detail was impeccable. From the food presentation - exquisitely elegant, with varied buffet heights and beautifully ruffled tablecloths to the flawless table settings that radiated sophistication - everything felt extraordinary. Guests enjoyed an hour of pre-dinner appetizers, including a central charcuterie board and pre-poured champagne glasses, which helped avoid the usual rush you often see at events like this. They also suggested two fully staffed bars with two bartenders each, open the entire time, ensuring easy access for everyone. They were spot on as there were no lines the entire night! The buffet for 185 guests - featuring salads, chicken marsala, teriyaki salmon, vegetables, and a show-stopping prime rib carving station with two carvers - was beautifully presented. Guests moved through the line amazingly fast, with everyone served in just 30 minutes. Throughout the event, the entire team operated like clockwork: appetizers were served promptly, dining service ran seamlessly, bartenders were efficient, and guests were always well taken care of. Even weeks later, many people are still commenting on the attentive and seamless service they experienced from the staff at The Elks Tower. Sabrina, Rachelle, and their staff exemplified professionalism, grace, and quiet efficiency. They truly covered every detail from beginning to end, allowing us to enjoy the celebration stress-free. If you're looking for a fabulous venue and coordinators who listen, deliver beyond expectations, and make your event flawless, look no further - Sabrina and Rachelle are absolute gems, and The Elks Tower ballroom is a stunning venue that will elevate any occasion.

Jeremy was absolutely AMAZING and truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had…read moreso many guests come up to us throughout the night and even after the wedding complimenting him and telling us how incredible the music was. Our wedding brought together Persian, Mexican, and American families, and Jeremy blended Persian, Mexican, and English music together perfectly. His mashups were amazing, every transition was seamless, and he knew exactly how to read the room and keep everyone on the dance floor. One of my favorite stories from the night was something I didn't even find out about until after the wedding. My aunt, who traveled all the way from Mexico, asked Jeremy if he could play "La Chona." I had told him beforehand that I didn't want guests making song requests, so he kindly let her know that the bride wasn't allowing requests. But once he realized she had traveled all the way from Mexico, he went back up to her and basically said, "There's no way you traveled all the way from Mexico and aren't going to dance to La Chona!" He played it, and everyone was dancing! The funny part is I actually LOVE La Chona and had completely forgotten to add it to my playlist! I'm SO glad Jeremy made the decision to play it. I didn't know any of this happened until my aunt told me afterward, and hearing that made me so happy. That moment says so much about Jeremy. He genuinely cares about his couples and their families, reads the room, and knows when to trust his instincts to create a special moment. And Jeremy was so much more than just our DJ. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, and there were times when he literally talked me through my stress and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. My dad was also really nervous about giving his speech, and Jeremy took the time to talk to him and reassure him. My dad ended up doing AMAZING, and that meant so much to me. Jeremy always told me, "Don't worry, I got you." BELIEVE HIM. He also told us, "We could do your wedding tomorrow." Believe that too!! He knows exactly what he's doing. Everything was perfect. The music, the energy, the mashups, the transitions, the way he handled our multicultural families, and most importantly, the way he treated us and our guests. Jeremy is incredibly talented, but he's also genuinely such a kind person who cares about making your wedding everything you want it to be. We truly couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Thank you, Jeremy, for making our wedding night so much fun and so unforgettable.
