I never received a response, so I decided not to sign up and risk it. A couple of months later some other friends were signing up so I joined with them. We played the advanced beginner league which had a pretty wide array of skill levels playing. The fun of a ladder league is that after the first session you are playing with people at about your level, so you can have some very fun and challenging games. The lady who was running our league was very nice and created a fun environment for our play. We did end up getting rained out for two sessions, and they extended the league by two weeks to make up for it. However, the owners didn't contact everyone in the group to let us know about the cancellation, so both times people showed up expecting the league only to find it had been cancelled that week. The rankings which were uploaded to the website weekly were also wrong the second week and never uploaded the third week, so it was hard to track our progress. The courts are permanent and in good condition, so they were nice to play on and we made some new friends. Overall it was a fun experience, but the administration of the league really a lot of room for improvement.

Don't expect anyone to be there on time! The last 3-4 weeks, consistently 10-20 minutes late (and NO, they don't adjust the time you reserved your court!). For the last year (maybe even longer), the back courts 19, 20, 21 have been reserved for instruction. This past week, our group had been warming up on courts 13-15 (after getting on the courts after 0830). Ten minutes later, Coach Shelly comes over and tells us we have to move because her classes take priority and her reserved courts are wet at the baseline, but we can play on them!! What a joke for a "professional" instructor! For me, this is the last straw! The management of these courts, is incompetent, has no professionalism and should be replaced. Much better courts and people and teaching pros at a facility very close by; sorry but you will have to find them on your own, courts are too crowded! ;-) Too bad these courts are being ruined by Coach Shelly and whomever else is in charge!

There are 8 courts and they are all divided, but the center part is open so make sure to call "ball on" when your ball goes into another court. In order to use pickleball courts, you need to make a reservation for evening slots and pay a small fee, while the courts are free to use in the afternoons, making it a great option for both casual players and regulars. Tustin residents get a better discount than non Tustin residents. If pickleball is not your sport, the park also offers tennis courts, basketball courts, and for other recreational use. The park is clean, and there's a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a good place to play pickleball in Tustin!

My son and I went straight to these courts after landing and got a few hours of pickle ball in. The courts are well fed out and on a Friday afternoon, it wasn't a problem getting on. That may change as the Sport continues to grow though! The only reason four stars instead of five, is that there is no bathroom. Make sure to go before you head over! First off, my husband had a really difficult time calling in just to book a reservation as we wanted a court to ourselves. There is no option to book or make reservations online. He had to call multiple times just to get a hold of someone to book a court. He was finally able to book through texting. Husband had Zelle Pickleball Xscape $100 to hold a court for 2 hours on Sunday 9/20 from 4-6pm (refer to the photo of his text below). Pickleball Xscape confirmed they received our payment for that exact date via text so we were set for our game. About an hour before we had arrived, my husband had texted Pickleball Xscape again to state how excited we are to be there and if we can just get a corner court. We never heard back, which we just figured they're busy and didn't get the chance to respond. Once we had arrived, husband checked in with the front desk. When my husband tried to confirm our reservation with the young lady at the front desk, she seem to have realized they had made the mistake of booking the wrong date as they booked us for Saturday 9/19 even though they had confirmed with us via text for Sunday 9/20. Instead of rebooking us or issuing a refund, they INSIST that we use their open courts and play from 4pm until 11pm to make the most of the money we paid.. we were taken aback by this DUMBA** logic. My husband asked to speak to her manager so he can sort out this mishap and get a refund. However, the young lady made it really difficult to even reach out to her manager but eventually agreed to pass our information along. At this point, my husband was frustrated with the young lady's lack of help and just wanted a refund. My husband waited 24 hours to hear back from the management of Pickleball Xscape regarding a refund which they had eventually responded. They told him that the refund will take up to 3-5 business days which is absurd as it is a Zelle payment.. He did eventually get his refund back but this experience left such a bad taste in our mouths. The lack of accountability, the cluelessness of the staff and Pickleball Xscape's unprofessionalism has left us disappointed.

There have been so many improvements, but my favorite has to be the open play system. I'm a bit on the shy side, so approaching strangers to ask to play used to feel intimidating. Now, you can simply hop in and play! The wait is usually pretty quick, too, since they keep a good number of courts available for open play. They've also added tons of classes, ladders and round-robin events, with a great variety of levels to choose from. There's always something going on, whether you're looking for a casual game or a more competitive challenge. I've improved a lot through these programs and really appreciate having so many opportunities to work on my game They've also expanded their junior programs, with classes and events for kids. My son has been taking classes here for about six months and has improved tremendously! Above all, the community is what makes this place so special. I've met so many great people and made lots of new friends to play with. I'm truly grateful to have such a great facility nearby that's easy to access. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to play, improve, and be part of a welcoming pickleball community!

There are total of 8 courts. The lobby is friendly and it's easy to buy and signed a waiver to play. There are paddle racks, but most drop in plays they place on certain tables. They have reservations, coaching, social events. Also there are some TV in the middle playing FIFA World Cup 2026. There is private party room and also restroom. Most people are Vietnamese, but it's friendly environment. It's a good place to play if you have at least 1 partner or with a group of 4. The levels are pretty mixed. Most top players just play with their groups like in the public. It's fun and I love the food and coffee around here. You can order or buy food and eat as long as you don't eat on the courts!
