I had an appointment at 2:30, but found that they came and hour early when I wasn't home. They came on my property and did the job anyway. I told them on the phone initially I wanted just the perimeter of the property done. They did the house perimeter. Right around where my kids are. I told them I was disappointed and frankly quite upset that they had come on my property without my permission and did a job that I did not approve, and they said too bad, you still owe us. Bad customer service in my opinion.
