I told them I was disappointed and frankly quite upset that they had come on my property without my permission and did a job that I did not approve, and they said too bad, you still owe us. And I have generally been satisfied. Their folks come on time -- or offer to come early if they're ahead of schedule -- and are always pleasant and efficient. BUT they do one thing that drives me crazy: Instead of contacting the customer to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, their automated scheduler simply informs you that they're coming at X date and time. Because my schedule varies, that almost never works, and I have to waste my time contacting them to reschedule. When I complained about this once, they said, roughly, that they have to do it this way. No they don't. I've never encountered another business that operates this way and it's a constant source of frustration.
