Scooter provider was very flexible for delivery and pickup. No problems with the scooter and great battery life.

Ordered a scooter for my mom. Had it delivered to our hotel in under 30 minutes. (Probably should have asked him to bring some food too.) Cost $157 total for a week. Battery charge lasted all day. The scooter breaks down and could fit in a normal trunk if needed. My mom only hit 3 people that I seen...1 had his eyes locked in on his phone, so he kinda deserved it. The other zigged when he should have zagged and should have had better footwork. And the last one kinda got pinned in the elevator, it seemed more like a mutual misjudgment on both their parts. Harold was a complete professional in providing a rolling walker so my husband could navigate the streets of Waikiki. I called this morning go reserve a wheelchair for our trip to Pearl Harbor. I didn't think of the time change so when there was no answer I hung up. Within one minute I received a phone call back asking if they could help me! It is 4:35 a.m. in Hawaii!! The man I spoke with was great. A Mobility Scooter on a trip is such a wonderful idea & so worth it!!! Feb-Mar 2018 Harold Spindle is a delight to write to and talk with. Dealing with him is like talking with a close friend - his kindness and understanding makes renting a mobility scooter as easy and fun as riding one! We rented two 3-wheel mobility scooters and they were awesome! They helped our family members follow us almost everywhere we visited on O'ahu. These scooters climbed the Makapu'u Lighthouse and Waimea Valley paved trails with absolute ease. Recharging at night was a breeze. They are comfortable and easy to drive, and taking them apart to transport them in the trunk of a small car was quite simple. Renting was hassle-free as Harold delivered and picked up the scooters right at our condo door and he was just one call away if we needed assistance. Those scooters enhanced the Hawaii trip immensely for our family members who could not walk far or stand for very long. It gave them the freedom and the independence to enjoy activities and places on the island they would not have attended otherwise. After our first visit to Pearl Harbor, it became clear that my WWII veteran husband would not be able to walk the entire site. I called Harold at Aloha and explained my need for a lightweight wheelchair that I would be able to load into car or on trolley. He said, "I'll be there in 30 minutes". Harold arrived in our hotel lobby with a chair weighing less than 35 lbs WITH HANDLES! I pushed my favorite veteran all over Pearl Harbor and all over Oahu. We took trolleys mostly and this chair could load easily. Without Harold, our trip would not have been nearly so enjoyable. Aloha Mobility scooter rental owner Harold is a very nice man and so helpful. He met me on time at the entrance to the pride of America. It was an easy transaction and made my cruise so enjoyable. I went to shore everyday and the workers on the ship even loaded and unloaded on the tender the one time we used it. I took bus tours and just had a great time. Aloha Mobility is the best! I burnt the bottom of my foot and found myself on vacation in Hawaii, unable to walk. So I decided to rent an electric scooter. Within 10 minutes of calling Harold, he had a scooter at the door of my condo. Gave excellent instruction and safety briefing. Told me to call him if I had any questions or any problems.
