When we first started going, he would cry a lot during drop-off, so one of his teachers would always come up and help him adjust or get him involved in a fun activity or snack. These last 6 months have been challenging as we've navigated behavioral shifts with our daughter at home and at school. Mrs. Tina and the administration have been understanding, empathetic, and kind to her and our whole family, and they've been true partners in making sure she thrives. Very rarely any issues, all the children seem to get along with one another and the environment is very welcoming and accommodating. Student:Teacher ratio is decent but manageable. Met a lot of new families, many of whom we're still in contact with. The only reason we're no longer at the school is because we moved to a new place pretty far but would still go to Spondeo! Ms. Kim and Ms. Nicolette are both incredible. My little one absolutely loved being in class with them and would always look forward to school every day. Ms. Kim takes a lot of time to make sure each child is learning and cares for them immensely. Humble brag but my child is ahead of her peers at her new school and her teacher has mentioned how impressed she is seeing everything learned from Ms. Kim. My kid was reading at age 3, counting to 100 and simple addition by age 4. After two years of study my child is in the upper range for Kinder & 1st grade reading and math thanks to being in Ms. Kim's class. She's always been very transparent and keeps parents abreast of their little one's learning throughout the week and activities. Highly recommend Spondeo.

He got an A on his first math test after starting Mathnasium- wish I had started him earlier! He enjoys the casual, positive atmosphere and always says the time goes by fast when he is there. Another Disappointing point was when we were near the end of our commitment period the owner didn't show any interest or enthusiasm in showing us the results of assessment what he learned and the future plan just sent us an email with some numbers and vague topics. I think they they are too busy to care about losing one kid. Won't be continuing thoroughly disappointed in the lack of learning and non professional behavior.

He'd also come home with old poopy diapers on and snot and dirt all over his face, just things that made me think he was not payed attention to. I decided he needed a new, better environment. I'd inquired with this Kindercare on a number of occasions in the past and this time the timing was perfect. The staff here are amazing and so attentive to all the children. There is an obvious change for the better in my son and the so-called behavior issues are no longer a thing. He's happier, he always says "there's my new school" when we pass it (he's 3), he happily says goodbye to his teachers (at the old place he couldn't leave fast enough). I never have to worry if he's getting cared for the way I'd care for him, because they do!! He comes home happy and clean! So much stress has been lifted from my shoulders after starting at this Kindercare. On another note, it's so refreshing to have all the dates the daycare will be closed for the entire year on a calendar for me to hang at home!! I had to drag holiday and closure hours out of the staff at the old place!! For someone who plans things way in advance this is a huge help to me!!
