    Latte aloha
    Rena T.

Cozy spot with great scones, sweet coffee, and easy parking Stopped by Aloha Bake House & Cafe and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a large Latte Aloha and a blueberry cream cheese scone. The scone was served warm with a lovely texture, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. It wasn't overly sweet, and the blueberry flavor came through nicely. Definitely one of the better scones I've had. The Latte Aloha was a bit on the sweeter side, but the coconut flavor was distinct and enjoyable. If you like your coffee with a tropical twist, it's worth a try. Parking was a breeze, there's a lot right next to the shop with designated customer spots. Inside, they offer snacks, breakfast bentos, and even homemade dog treats for sale. There are a couple of small two-seater tables in the front of the shop if you want to enjoy your food there. My total came out to just over $12, which felt reasonable for what I got. Convenient location, good coffee selection, and a relaxed vibe. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

Delicious Breakfast sandwiches and good mocha and green tea latte. More options for breakfast food items would be nice but happy with what we ordered. The service was quick but had a little wait. Lots of locals coming in. Downstairs area is small. You place your order to go or there is upstairs option to sit and enjoy your drinks and food. There is also a restroom located upstairs. Nice place to sit, relax with your friend, family or by yourself. I would come back here again when in Honolulu!

Aloha Bakehouse is a great local cafe and bakery! Parking here can be tough but luckily I was able to get a stall the past few times I was here. I mainly come here for one thing which is their tuna melt sandwich. It's simple yet delicious! The tuna is light and has a great fluffy/creamy texture and they put just the right amount of lettuce and tomato. I've tried some of their coffee drinks and matcha latte before and it was good! Kinda like your average cafe drinks but nothing super amazing. They also have really yummy blueberry cream cheese scones! I do like how they have an upstairs area which looks like a great place to study/do work. Very spacious and a lot of open tables but it can be hot since there's no ac.

    Espresso $2.50

Aloha Bread really does the mochi mochi texture well -- fluffy and soft with just the right amount of chew. It's hard to find bread that's this soft while still having that satisfying bite. I especially like it because it reminded me of Japanese bread. And Usually scones can be crumbly or overly sugary, but an anko (red bean) scone was not too dry and not too sweet:) Espresso $2.50 Chi sparkling: Lychee Fuzzy $2.50 Aloha bread: turkey and pesto $14.00 Matcha Red Bean Scone: $3.99

Banana scone and lavender matcha latte

I give this a 4 star rating because although the service was wonderful meaning they were able to substitute vanilla for lavender syrup in my matcha latte the pastries itself were dry. Very much Edible, yes. But so dry and cold. It didn't end up going well with my lavender matcha. Their matcha was delicious. No clumps and the syrup wasn't too heavy.

I ordered the Korean BBQ Chicken Salad and it was great. It came with so much chicken, so I scooped half of it off and saved it for left overs. The folks working were very nice. I went upstairs to study, and I loved the large space. There were many tables, chairs, and couches. There was also a bathroom upstairs. Everyone was very quiet and respectful, and there was some soft music playing.

Got the jalapeño aloha bread, it was delicious. It wasn't too spicy, I liked the olives and the pepperoni in it. Cost about $10.

The aloha bread was the best thing out of what we ordered. The acai bowl was basic as was the blueberry scone. The matcha iced needed more matcha and the coffee was bitter. Also the guy making the coffee dropped the milk foam cup on the dirty floor and rinsed it briefly for 2 seconds before proceeding to froth the milk for my drink There is plenty of seating upstairs which is nice if you wanted to hang out with friends.

This little cafe/bakehouse is the perfect spot to grab a drink/meal/snack! They have a great menu offering a full selection of drinks, snacky foods (musubi, burritos), baked goods (aloha bread, scones), and full entrees (sandwiches, salads, plates). Service is friendly and fast. The downstairs area (main entrance) is where you order/pay/pickup your food, just outside there's a staircase leading up to the seating area which is a huge, beautiful room with lots of natural light, plants, and different sitting areas for chatting or working. It's really quite lovely. I tried their lox sandwich on a toasty everything bagel and it was delicious! Plentiful amount of smoked salmon and cream cheese, spinach, capers, on a very tasty bagel. I also had their iced aloha latte which was so refreshing and lightly sweet. I can't wait to visit again and explore their menu!

Stopped at the Aloha Bakehouse Shop for the first time on a Friday during Winter Break, and it wasn't crowded at all. My friend and I arrived at around 11AM and stayed until closing. I go to a lot of coffee shops across the island but this is one is definitely made it to the top three. Friendly staff, good food, lots of table space and plenty seating/outlets. There's also extra cushions you can borrow if the seats get too stiff. Only con is that there wasn't AC and it did get a little warm, but I also really enjoyed the natural airflow/natural sunlight. Got a Matcha Chocolate Chip scone, Lilikoi Lemonade, and their sun-dried tomato & spinach aloha bread with Salami. All very yummy. I was full after the scone and ended up taking the aloha bread home. Still tasted amazing!

We took the opportunity to stop by for a pre-dinner snack since they closed at 6PM.
