I want to leave this review because my experience with this workshop has been really bad…read more Eight months ago I bought a car in this workshop, a week after buying it it already had mechanical problems, and since then I have had to return to the workshop again and again. Yes, he has given me a guarantee, but it is useless when the "fixes" last just a few weeks and the car returns with exactly the same problems. The most serious thing was the last time: he had my car for two full weeks and gave it to me worse than it was, with the same fault and new problems. That shows a total lack of professionalism, responsibility and seriousness. I have been more than patient and I have given plenty of opportunities, but it is evident that here there is no real commitment or quality in the work. It's frustrating to waste time, confidence and continue with a car that never looks good. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I think it's important for others to know what I've been through so they can make an informed decision. I hope that in the future they will improve their service and their responsibility with customers.
