She ended up suggesting the home that we purchased. I wasn't even thinking of a new build, but she suggested it because unlike other new builds, it included all the appliances, the window coverings, in the front and backyard landscaping. Then she helped us get a good buyer incentive, which we were able to use to buy down the rate. I couldn't be happier. I recommend Glenna, or anyone in the Roth real estate group! You won't be sorry.

If you are looking for a realtor who will treat you like family, doesn't rush you, consistently communicates, is super relaxed, and always has your interest in mind first - then choose Carlos or anyone fortunate enough to be on his partner team. I should add, he paid for my first year home warranty and as luck would have it, my hot water heater went out 6 weeks after closing. Lucky enough, thanks to Carlos, I was able to replace the whole system (upgrade to tankless even) for only $75 trade call fee!

We kept getting asked let's get into escrow so fast felt like we were rushing. When we finally got into escrow nothing was done what we asked for. The home inspection was done and lots of things wrong with the home. We asked that lots of stuff be fixed. We were told that all the things we asked for were going to be done but it was a lie it was not done. For example the fire place was fixed incorrectly and when we turned it on the fire came shooting out at me and my kids. We were also told a termite inspection was done and come to find out it was only done on the inside. When we moved in the whole house full of termites real slick. Also we still have the lock box on our door sloppy looking no one has come to take it off. So many other things. I spoke to a lead there at the company and why didn't I know she never called us back. I should have known she would for look at the service we got. This is horrible we are sad when we supposed to happy and now trying to figure out this about the termites. I also have to buy Bo cutters to cut the lock box off. They got paid from the sale and left us hanging when I ask about speaking with the seller it's against the law. The manager from Keller said did you do your final walk thru well we are not handyman how do we know if things were fixed we asked if they were fixed correctly And we were told yes and they were not. We were lied to about the termite report this is not right this is our first home and got done like this. Your agent supposed to take care of you make sure smooth landing. Now we are in a bad situation and don't try calling them because they don't care. Trust I tried already and you. Cristina Caministeanu of Redlands CA deserves every bit of praise and recognition she receives…read more Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of seeing outstanding examples of success rooted in one core trait: exceptional communication. My grandfather built a highly respected career through hard work and prompt communication. My father did the same, with integrity and responsiveness as pillars of his success. My father-in-law has always said that "simply answering the phone the first time" was one of the biggest reasons he became so successful in his own field. That's why Cristina stood out to me immediately. I filled out her inquiry form later in the evening, and I'm not exaggerating when I say she called me back the very next minute. From that first interaction, her professionalism, responsiveness, and urgency were obvious. Any realtor who communicates at that level is someone who can get things done--and Cristina is a shining example of that. My wife and I came in as first-time homebuyers. We had already found a home we loved on our own, but we needed guidance, strategy, and the expertise of a truly great real estate agent to help us move quickly and intelligently. Cristina was exactly that and more. We were essentially starting from zero and moving fast--almost spur of the moment--because we found a home that checked nearly every box on our list and wanted to submit a competitive but reasonable offer as soon as possible. Cristina stepped in and made it happen. Through her strong network of top-tier professionals (who were clearly excellent at what they do as well), she helped us navigate the process at the best possible rate and overall cost for our situation. She walked us through each step, made sure we understood the comps, helped us structure a strong and fair offer, and ultimately helped us get under contract. Most importantly, she never pressured us to go beyond our comfort zone. Everything was handled with speed, professionalism, and genuine care. From there, Cristina's communication remained exceptional throughout the entire transaction. She coordinated seamlessly with our loan officer, the seller's agent, the sellers, inspectors, and everyone involved, while always keeping us informed. She answered every question we had clearly, professionally, and with real expertise. As first-time buyers, that level of support meant everything. What stood out even more was how well she truly represented us. Cristina consistently showed that she had our best interests at heart. She advocated for us in ways we didn't even realize we needed at the time--pointing out important details and encouraging us to push for things that genuinely benefited us. Her eye for detail, experience, and willingness to protect her clients made a huge difference. Buying your first home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Cristina made it feel smooth, organized, and as stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, top-tier communication, strong connections, and deep knowledge turned what could have been an anxious experience into one where we felt confident and taken care of every step of the way. I truly cannot recommend her enough. As first-time homebuyers, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Cristina represent us. She is truly a gem--an outstanding realtor and an even better person. We are so grateful for her help in purchasing our first home, and we cannot thank her enough for making the process so smooth and successful. Top-tier realtor. Top-tier person. Highly, highly recommended.
