Terrific service from start to finish! You won't be disappointed. I'd highly recommend Ronen & his team.

Where should I start ? Top notch AAA product and service , very much satisfied with everything and how professional and meticulous Ronnie and his crew are. The curtains came out perfect and price was very competitive. They give you a feeling they want your business and get the job done. Surely will use again for my next project and highly recommend. it was a real pleasure ! Thank you for everything read more

Their products simply are mediocre. The app never works. The controllers are low quality. The service is horrible.

My husband and I decided to give shades to each other for Christmas for our new condo. We are very happy with the customer service, sales rep and installer. I called Alluring Window and within a week Roni came with samples and suggestions. He won me over with his knowledge and interest in the project. We decided on Roman shades for the first room. I waited to see if I was pleased with result before I went ahead with the second room. Sure enough the promised delivery was exactly as scheduled and the shades looked fantastic. Being perfectly satisfied I ordered Roman shades in another style for the second project. My apartment looks complete now and a designer friend of mine commented he thought the shades were crafted as nicely as he has ever seen having several years of interior design experience. Being an artist and a perfectionist I can honestly say that from the consultation with Roni to the installation by Vic I would recommend Alluring Windows without hesitation. read more

Was recently in the market for new window treatments - specifically solar shades. After shopping around, I decided to choose Allure windows. Yakir and his team were great and easy to work with. They had a nice selection of options and colors to choose from. The installation went smoothly as they took down the old window treatments and helped patch up the holes left behind by it. Very happy with the purchase and decision and would highly recommend. read more

We are extremely pleased with Alluring Windows for our NY apartment. We did a complete redecoration of the apartment and had a very specific look in mind. We got very lucky with finding Alluring Windows right off the bat. They were very attentive and had an excellent selection of window coverings and hardware. The final job turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier! read more

1.5 yrs later a roman shade fell off the wall because it was improperly secured in the first place. When it fell a string broke. They agreed to come to reinstall the shade for free but when they discovered the broken string repair was billed at $125.00. BUT IT BROKE WHEN THE SHADE CAME OFF THE WALL! So if your shade falls off the wall after a year they will reinstall it on the wall but if it breaks while falling....it's on you. I had Hunter Douglas shades installed by Alluring Window, and I was so pleasantly surprised from the positive experience that I decided to go to extremes and open a Yelp account, so I could recommend them. The company is a small company, but that's probably what provides the personal attention, the sales person is professional and treat you as almost a family member, their customer service are fast, and I was surprised to see that the installer even came with covers on his shoes, not to get my floor dirty. For a change am a happy camper. read more

It was a great experience to work with Yakir and entire team from Alluring Window. They worked fast and were very professional. So I approached this methodically & with a plan. I was going to check with 3 different places and make a final decision based on price. I went to 3 places (janovic, crosstown, & shade store) and was met with very long delivery times, unfriendly people & high prices. I decided to try one more place. I went online and found Alluring & could not have gotten luckier. Roni from Alluring is a awesome, friendly, professional, well-mannered individual who came to my place immediately, gave me a amazing price/estimate. I had no idea how ripped off i was getting until he came. The delivery was fast, on time, and the installation was perfect and super professional. I highly recommend Alluring. My sister needed motorized blackout shades for her 22nd floor L-shaped apartment. We met with representatives from three other companies before we decided to hire Roni from Alluring Window. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He took his time to show us different samples and answered all of our questions. He is extremely reliable and prompt when replying to e-mails, even ones that we sent him after regular business hours. Not only that, but he was able to beat all of his competitors' quotes. Once the shades we ordered were ready, he had to hold on to them for a while, because we were busy redoing some other things in the apartment. That wasn't a problem either. Roni was flexible when scheduling the installation. The installation specialist came on time and worked hard all day to provide us with the beautifully finished product. (Note: If you want any furniture or electronics covered, make sure you specify that.) The motorized shades are beautiful and give the place that finished look. We have a 5-year warranty on the motorization part by Somfy and a 2-year one on the roller shades from Alluring Window. If you are looking for a firm that specializes in window treatments, I suggest that you check Alluring Window out before you call any other firm in the city. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, easy-going and flexible. read more

The Alluring Windows team did a great job in sizing and installing my custom solar (roller) shades quickly and cost-effectively in the living room and bedroom of my new apartment on the UWS. Roni, the owner of Alluring Windows, came out to my home, within a day of calling him, to give me an estimate for the custom roller shades. I needed custom block out and solar shades desperately, since my windows are floor to ceiling and I face east, so the morning sun comes into my bedroom starting at 5:30 AM. Thanks Roni for great and quick service...I can now sleep! read more

Roni Leiderman and his team were really amazing. Firstly I was 2 hours late for my appointment but he waited patiently for me until I got home so that he could take measurements etc. I am not familiar with the different type of options for shades and blinds and he was very helpful in explaining my options. Two weeks later everything was delivered as installed and was was very satisfied with the overall service. All though I didn't use their service I did have work done by one of their managers Roni Leiderman who has a side business called Hulk Construction that uses Alluring Window as a DBA to get loans for people through Synchrony Bank. Hulk Construction his other business were terrible and cost me $2k to fix all the problems they left behind. I wouldn't use them for any construction work or as nice as Roni seems he is all about the money and really doesn't care about the customer. Trust me I know after dealing with them for over 10 months. read more

What a great experience! Shortly after contacting Alluring Window, Gabby gave me a phone call and helped me setup an appointment for Yakir to come take a look at my office space in order to assist me with the best possible options. Once I placed the order, they were super helpful in getting the shades installed promptly and professionally. Thank you! read more

From the first phone call to the final panel of installation, Roni at Alluring Window was nothing less than a consummate professional. We had collected estimates from other Hunter Douglass outlets but Roni delivered a level of attention to our needs that was not present with other salesmen. Initially Roni helped us pick out shades and shutters perfect for our condo. He listened to our ideas, fielded a hundred questions, educated us about the product and helped shaped our decision. He was never pushy, forced an upsell, or pressed us on time. In fact he came back a second time, before we ever committed to buying from him, just to make sure my partner would be happy with our choices. Although estimates from other "big box" stores were initially better than the quote from Alluring, Roni came down to a comparable price. Considering the customer service we had already received it was easy to lock our decision. Roni was very clear about the timelines for manufacturing and gave us a realistic estimate- 6 weeks- for installation. He periodically kept us updated during that process to let us know how it was moving along. He also came back on his own accord to measure and address concerns specific to the construction of our windows. Iinstallation came at about 7 weeks from purchase. Roni and one of his associates took great care during the installation and gave thorough instructions about our new coverings. I want to emphasize this point because it speaks volumes about the integrity of this business- our SALESMAN was present during the entire installation! How many companies take that kind of care from start to finish? I can't speak highly enough about our transaction. This is the kind of business that gives you hope for capitalism. Roni is a salesman with integrity, is committed to his clients, his product and communicates clearly (despite the accent ;)). He offered us the best options for our needs, at a fair price and stood behind it from start to finish. Now tell me where else you'll find that in Manhattan? read more

We reside in a upscale Gated Lake community with a beautiful view of the lake off of the Deck, Kitchen and Living area, Roni was the consultant for Window treatments. Initially the fabric options presented were beautiful and we agreed on the fabric for 4 window treatments. After 6 months with some alterations, multiple communications, and many follow-ups on my end,the window treatments were delivered . The disappointment begins with the hardware presented for the Deck sliding Door windows. Inexpensive cheap appearing hooks ,the Drape Hardware was not attractive , and the window treatment was hanging poorly after installation. Spoke to Roni regarding my dissatisfaction,he offered to send alternative choices via e-mail,he did and still not acceptable, after reviewing choices. Roni has never reached out since the day of installation, never attempted to create a satisfied customer outcome , never followed up to inquire would i consider changing the hardware. Since installation i have removed the very expensive Window Treatment and will never recommend Alluring Window in my very upscale community and beyond. Gabby was very attentive with excellent customer service skills. read more

I would give Alluring Windows zero stars if I could. After one month of them canceling one appointment after another, I finally gave up. If they can't even make it to meet with me and measure my windows how do I know that I'm ever even going to get my blinds installed. Terrible customer service. Not recommended. UPDATE: After posting this review, which Yelp assured me is my 1st Amendment constitutional right, I've been harassed repeatedly via email and text by both the owner of the company and his store manager. Initially they asked me to change it to a positive review by offering me 25% off, then they asked me to remove it completely, and now they just harass me. I mentioned to the people who I did hire to install my blinds that I'd had a bad experience with another company, and they immediately knew it was Alluring Window. They said this company gives people deep discounts for good Yelp reviews. read more

really poor quality service. The guy Ron who came over was extremely pushy in sales. If you do not want to get pressured into buying something expensive call someone else. We had good experience with Alluring Windows last year and decided to work with them again for a couple of additional shades. Roni the owner came to perform the measurement.
