I basically paid just to have my nails painted and my skin and nails scraped up with an ancient buffer.. no maintenance to nail beds, cuticles or anything else. NEVER COME HERE. The service was terrible. My daughter and I were treated poorly. It was extremely hard to communicate with them too. When we tried to, they made rude comments. My daughters nails look horrible! The only thing that was good was the cut down. The work was very sloppy. Due to poor communication we payed for something she didn't want. Got there around 4:00 ish and didn't leave until around 6:30 and I wasn't even done. Told her I was in a little bit of a rush. While she was gluing the tips on my finger, she burned my finger through my nail. She got up and left me sitting alone for 15 minutes while she did somebody's eyebrows. The girl was in tears crying because she messed up her eyebrows so badly. Every time I come here they overcharge and my nails are crooked, and my cuticles are torn up. The customer service is slow and bad, even though they have enough staff. The workers always have an attitude, throughout the entire time I was there she kept smacking my hand with a nail file. I actually had a really great experience here. I was concerned at first because when the technician started on my nails she was using the wrong product to match up with the material that is currently on my nails. She didn't realize my nails were gel and not acrylic. She then apologized and asked me to wait a few minutes until another technician that knew how to use gel was available to work on my nails. My friend and I walked in today. It was busy, but I assumed we could get our nails done bc they immediately sat us at two chairs towards the back to wait for a technician. We sat there just talking for an hour and a half. At that point someone came over to start her nails, which takes a much shorter time than mine. She was getting a regular gel manicure and I was waiting for an acrylic gel fill. Meanwhile still no one came to even acknowledge me or start mine. This is when things start to get real bad. A woman and her little girl walked in and were seated immediately in two pedicure seats (at 4:45pm, 15 min before closing) a lady was at my station and looked like she was about to sit down to do my nails when someone told her to do the pedicures. So the pedicures got done before mine when I had been sitting there for almost 2 hours at this point. I have never in my life experienced any worse customer service than I did today. I'm still shocked. When my friend was done by 5:15 finally someone came over and I grabbed my purse to leave with my friend. All someone said was "sorry and thank you" DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. I'm appalled. I could have been a great customer bc this was the first nail salon I tried since moving from WA state two weeks ago. I have severe arthritis in my hands and have little control due to the stiffness and pain. The last 2, especially yesterday, was not good at all. He was obviously frustrated with my lack of mobility and I finally had to tell him-some people have crippled legs, I have crippled hands. I almost walked out, should have, and fought back tears. He hurt me. So if I go back I will not let him touch me. This salon is convenient for me but be careful if you have a handicap. I will not return while he is there. For years this was my go to nail salon. I had one employee treat me unkind and just stay away from her when getting my nails done. However, I have witnessed employees being extremely rude and rough with clients while doing their pedicures and manicures. A client will ask for something simple or tell the employee they are hurting them while giving the pedi/mani and the employee gets mad. They either continue being rude to the client, walk away and refuse to continue working, or the client is so fed up by that point they leave without service. I went in to get lash extensions and was immediately hesitant because she did not put pads underneath my eyes and used painters tape on my eyes and forehead. She didn't isolate a single one of my lashes and took her all of twenty minutes to finish a brand new set. My eyes were burning and stiff immediately after which isn't unfamiliar when you get your lashes done, but when i looked in the mirror she had glued them directly on my eyelids. I asked her nicely to remove them because it hurt to even blink and my vision was blurry, she said no and i paid. I called the next day to tell them that i had to get them professionally removed and asked for a refund and the lady told me not to come back and to do them myself, then hung up. I've been to this nail salon roughly 10 times and each time I have a different experience. I'm not sure that this is a good thing. Generally, I get a different technician each time and more often than not, the techs are always behind and you end up waiting 15-20 minutes even with an appointment. This is disappointing to say the least. Now, I guess you might say well at least you can tell business is good as they are always booked. Well, I guess you can BUT do you want to wait 20 minutes if you had an appointment? I think not! On the the positives...They have a full range of gel, dip, and regular polish colors on full display. They also have a checkin/point system to reward you for your continuous business. That, I totally appreciate. I have had approximately 6 techs service me since I've patroned the business. The best so far is Andy, Jovi and Gina! They are all very skilled bit Jovi will be my tech moving forward! No one really greeted me or explained the check in kiosk machine thing to me either. She asked me to position my legs and feet throughout the pedicure with tapping and pushing. No talking. When it was done she asked me to go "up there" to dry. So I went to the front but she wanted me to sit at a drying station that I didn't know was there. She rudely and loudly asked me to sit at the station. I will not be back.
